Horrible experience. Had called a week ahead of time for make a reservation for 4 people for what I was quoted was $50 for an hour combo. Even went in two days before to confirm and see the space. We arrived for our appointment, took my son and his girlfriend for his bday. Was talked into the $60 1 hr massage which is not what I originally booked. 3 of us had our massages started and my son's just laid there for at least 10 min after I asked twice where her person was? All of the massage people were whispering back and forth. Everyone experienced something different , my husband and son received hot stones and myself and my son's gf did not. The gal kept leaving during the massage for my son's gf (the one that was delayed) and then she was talking on her phone during her massage. She was finished at the same time as the rest of us which she should have gone at least 10 minutes longer. After hearing that her massage person kept leaving during her massage she should have more time added. If you're looking for a Fight Club session, you need to book the combo massage with Mike! A gf and I randomly wanted to get massages one night and this place was the only one that had 2 openings. THANK YOU, BABY JESUS! We showed up early, they got us in, had us change (pro tip: pick an XL shirt no matter how small you are) and showed us to our room. The water in the foot bucket was too hot so Mike promptly got some cold water to cool it down. Once it was at normal temp, he had me lay down and the massage began. I have a super bad low back and kept pulling my legs up so I could bend my knee- Mike noticed my discomfort and pulled a chair up so I could leave my legs straight. The rest of the massage was brutal (in a good way). Hard pressure, elbows and knuckles kicked my ass and I needed it! IM SURE had I needed less pressure or said "ouch, eek, ack, ugh," Mike would have eased up but I wanted to get as much out of my 60min as I could, so I kept quiet (he asked multiple times if I was ok). If you have any injuries, be sure to let your masseuse know and they will accommodate. If you don't speak up, you will be folded into a pretzel. And you'll be grateful for it. read more

I've been going here for a few years now. Its convenient because they typically have immediate openings. The language barrier can be a little frustrating. When you get there, there is no sort of paperwork to fill out. They don't ask you any questions regarding ailments, aches, or allergies. They don't ask you about the type of pressure you'd prefer. You change into scrubs in a changing room that's separate from the room you'll be getting your massage. It would be nice if there was a mirror or hooks to hang your belongings while changing. You can then store your items in a locker. One of the lockers I tried didn't lock properly. It opened right up. I'd suggest wearing flip flops because after changing into scrubs, you have to walk to a separate room. All of the rooms are separated by curtains so you can hear everything. The massages are great with strong pressure. They start of with your feet in hot water. I usually get a combo which involves a little bit of stretching. It's a full body massage. It also includes hot rocks on your back. I tend to request females. The male I've had has an annoying smokers cough. It seems like they've increased their prices but I'll continue to go back. read more

I went here a couple of weeks ago and the guy who gave me a full Thai massage was really not good at all. He spoke no English which was not helpful at all. His wife (sue sue) did a great job for my husband though. My guy was terrible, very painful and rubbed my actual spinal bones. My neck was bruised and swollen, for 3 days after this massage. I will not have this guy again. Highly doubt he has a massage license. Husband enjoyed his massage which is why I gave one star. read more

I have been here 3 times and the first time was five stars, so I will start with that. When you get there they have a small changing area with lockers to put your stuff in after you change into baggy, relaxing, clean scrub type cloths. You want to make sure you put on the bigger once to make the massage more comfortable. After changing you are taken into an area Divided by curtains onto reflexology massage beds. Your feet are them place in warm water as you lie down in the massage begins. Now the first time I went there I was massaged by a woman that did a phenomenal job, I ended up relaxing so much that I fell asleep which does not happen for me because I have anxiety. Now this brings me to the second time I went in to get my massage I was massaged by this gentleman and it was just mediocre, I couldn't relax and I thought to myself I'll just request somebody next time different. Which brings me to the third time I went in and ended up getting the same gentlemen and it was absolutely horrendous I wanted to leave but my husband was enjoying his massage next to me. So I sucked it. Literally if you have to suck it up during a massage or having trouts like, "oh my gosh when is this going to be over" the person massaging you probably should change careers. It was horrible and I will actually never go back. The guy sat almost on my head and I have short hair and he was sitting on my hair and I felt like I was beat with a wet fish. Horrible. I was so excited to try this place for a foot reflexology massage but I should've listened to the bad reviews. I was massaged by a gentleman whose hands smelled like cigarette smoke. I was wearing a mask and could still smell them. I couldn't wait til he moved his hands away from my face. The therapist was mediocre and could not wait for the massage to be over. Cannot recommend this place. Had the worst experience ever. My masseuse was so rough with me I feared I would be hurt. Don't take me wrong, I have had massages for years, I am am fully aware that sometimes massages can hurt if one is tense, but this roughness was her basically tossing and moving my neck, head, arms and legs in a rough manner, as if she was in a bad mood. In addition, of all things, she answered the phone twice!, and no it was not business appointments. It was lengthy conversations in her language with the speaker on, all while she massaged (pressed done) with one hand, then proceeded to have conversation and laugh with my mother's masseuse. I had enough after about 35 minutes and ended the massage by telling her I was done! She pushed me to lay back down as she got off the phone. Of course I ended the massage, I was extremely upset! Did she charge me, yes! Really! ?? Never again! I will pay more to have a massage by a trained professional, because from what I experienced f I don't believe employees are adequately trained. I'm actually curious if they are even licensed to practice? This happen about a month ago, I thought long and hard about writing a negative post.
