We came down from our room to have happy hour and the bar downstairs and had the most amazing experience with a bartender, his name was David. He knows how to make a killer martini and was extremely attentive and very entertaining. We would come back here based upon our experience with this gentleman in particular can't wait to come back to Loveland, Colorado..

Embassy Suites charges $15 per day for parking. Why this cannot simply be added to the hotel bill is beyond me. After a long day of driving, I could not get the QR code to work at check-in. A staff member suggested the hotel's concrete structure was the cause. Repeated attempts to access the system were frustrating, and the employee admitted they receive frequent complaints about it. I called the number listed under the QR code and got no answer. Frustrated, I even asked to cancel my reservation. A manager eventually stepped in and manually entered my information on a hotel computer. I also dislike having to provide personal information to a third party just to park at a hotel where I am already a paying guest. Reviewing PMC's privacy policy only increased my concerns. If Hilton continues expanding these systems, it will influence where I choose to stay in the future. Aside from the parking issue, the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and spacious with a 1990s vibe, and the property has a bar, a small gym, and cooked food on-site.

On our first night, I moved the couch and found dog food and pet hair on the floor. We reported it to the front desk, and they apologized, saying they would clean everything the next morning. They also told us that rooms are supposed to be deep cleaned after a pet has stayed there and weren't sure how this had been missed. During our stay, my daughter developed a small rash on her leg. I can't say for certain what caused it, but it was concerning given the pet hair and dog food left in the room. We also dealt with an ant problem throughout our entire stay. When we brought it up, it felt like the staff blamed us because we had kids and food in the room. While we understand that food can attract ants, we expect a hotel room to be clean and free of pest issues when guests check in. Overall, the staff was polite, but the cleanliness and pest issues made what should have been an enjoyable trip much more stressful. I hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously and improves its cleaning standards for future guests.

We arrived last night and it's labeled "non-smoking" so that's what you expect, no the sheets and comforter smell like smoke and we have found several cigarette burns/holes. Also this place is pet friendly so they charge $15 per night as a pet fee, which was not mentioned in the hotels.com description unless you decided to dig super deep. Not really a big deal but still they need put it on the initial description. Another thing that bothers me is how much the sheets smell of other dogs, pretty sure they don't change the sheets, which is disgusting! They also have this card that basically says to keep reusing your sheets and towels to save energy and water, which I understand, but if you saw all the stains and the peculiar smell on the sheets and towels you would start to believe they don't ever wash the sheets. Even the towels have stains. Like come on, I would really like a clean sanitary room, thank you. Not to mention white crusty stains on the carpet or the flickering bathroom lights that hurt your eyes. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I would rather sleep in my rental car. They refuse to give refunds for the extra nights I paid for. I would really rather just go elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money. Also it's quite funny how the owner blamed hotels.com for giving us "their worst room".. uhm I'm pretty sure you shouldn't have a "worst room" all rooms should be equally clean and maintained. End of rant.
