I stayed here last night after seeking out a local hotel for a staycation. My room number was 532…read more-- which was the top floor so maybe that was the reasoning behind my lack of love for this hotel. Upon checking in, I was greeted immediately. Both men at the front desk were very pleasant and friendly. I did not see any bellhops/attendants, as I was pregnant and would've loved the help. I'd keep that in mind if you're used to staying somewhere with the extra help. I upgraded my room to be at the end of the hallway so I would hopefully be away from noise, and I certainly was. Hardly heard anything at all which was fantastic. The room itself was beautiful and VERY clean. It had an industrial vibe, and my specific room faced the busy 116th, which did cause me to wake up a couple times (firetruck, horns, etc). My biggest complaint is how hot my room was, however. They had it set to 72, and the curtains were about halfway open so the sun was directly hitting my room and I assume any even number. I cranked my AC down to 64, and it actually never reached 64 before I checked out. It actually raised to 74 until about 10 pm when I went to bed. As I said before, I am pregnant, so definitely run extremely hot anyways. We are in a heat wave in Indiana right now and it has been pretty miserable outside. I wish they had just had the curtains drawn and maybe told you why they were drawn. I think if you were booking the specific hotel in June through September, I would only book an odd number room, as it's the opposite side of sunlight during mid day. Lastly, When I called Downstairs for room service they transferred me and when I told, I assume, the restaurant employee I wanted room service she sounded as if I was the first person to ever request it. I ordered the Caesar salad, french fries with ranch, the ravioli with marinara, and a slice of cheesecake. I was actually at a loss for words when she showed up to the door carrying a sack of food lol I look forward to room service anytime I stay in a hotel, and have never in my life seen food delivered that way. I was laughing so hard when I closed the door -- definitely an underwhelming experience. The food however, was all very hot and fresh. I loved everything except the raviolis. They were rough and tough to chew. There is automatic gratuity as others have mentioned. All in all, it was a very clean hotel. I would not stay here in June-September, and with the lack of a bell man/actual room service, it's just not on my list of staycations unfortunately. I would go back to try out the bar and maybe have a quick bite to eat, but not as a guest of the hotel.

I have someone on a manlift right outside my window, drilling into the building, waking us up and unfortunately, our flight was delayed and we didn't get to the hotel to almost 4 AM. The next night there was a note in the elevator stating they would turn off the water at 11:30 PM for four hours. At 10:30 I go to take a shower and I had the water running for 20 minutes and it never warmed up and at 10:50 40 minutes early they shut the water off. After they finally turned the water back on it took another 15 minutes before the water was warm enough to take a shower. The staff was nice enough to move us into a bigger room after our noise complete. I'm sure after the construction is over this place will probably be pretty decent. But if you're going to have this type of situation for the people that are staying at your hotel, maybe give him a discount for that timeframe. The construction is going on or better yet give them a heads up so we can book a different hotel.

Gizmo was a little concerned about the elevators, and I needed to give him a little boost to get on. But once he realized they were his ticket to going outside for a walk, he jaunted right onto those elevators! Breakfast was good with the now standard waffle irons, bagels and English muffins that can be easily toasted. There are also cereal options and fresh yogurt. Both traditional milk and oat milk are offered for the cereal of coffee. You can also opt for the bacon or sausage (they rotate days), as well as an egg option and fried potatoes. Home2 Suite helped to make the best of a difficult weekend for my family. This hotel is great for migrant workers or larger families who prefer to stay in one room or have the use of a small, yet very functional kitchen area.

Unfortunately, seeing the exact same issues two months apart is concerning. The WiFi in the lobby simply does not work. This was an issue during both stays. When I asked the staff about it, the response was essentially, "management knows" and "lots of people have been complaining." That might explain the problem, but it certainly doesn't solve it. The lobby bar/bistro has also been closed on multiple days during both of my stays. One of the reasons I choose a Courtyard is the convenience of having that option in the hotel, so repeatedly finding it closed is disappointing. Then there are the little things. The men's restroom in the lobby had a soap dispenser that was either broken or empty in July. In September? Same issue. The "broken windows" theory comes to mind here. None of these things individually would be a big deal. But when the same basic problems are still there months later and employees openly acknowledge that management is aware of them, it starts to feel like a lack of attention to the property. That's unfortunate because this is a newer, attractive hotel with a lot going for it. I hope management gets ahead of these issues before small signs of neglect turn into bigger ones. Right now, I fear this property will continue to decline if the details aren't addressed. Three stars because the hotel itself deserves better than the way it appears to be managed. This isn't traditionally designed like the typical Embassy Suites with the fun, clear elevators that encourage you to look out of the see-through elevator walls as you go up and down at least a dozen floors to and from your room. This Embassy Suites has a different design, notably way less floors and enclosed elevators. This is just an FYI. It DOES have other traditional Embassy Suites features like made-to-order omeletes at their famous complimentary breakfasts and nice private conference rooms for parties and events. My sister's wedding party and many out of town guests stayed here during her wedding weekend and for the most part, didn't have too many issues and slept well. HOWEVER, I must mention the two main reasons why I can't give this hotel 4 or 5 stars: 1. SOOO many things were broken and old. Notably, the sliding door to my sister's bathroom in her suite BROKE OFF THE HINGES and nearly collapsed on someone! We also dealt with a broken toilet paper holder in my room, spotty internet, and a busted light, among a few other things I can't remember. 2. It was $250 a night for a basic room and that was WITH the wedding block discount! Without it, the price was like $370 a night. And we booked months in advance. This is Noblesville, Indiana, not NYC. Charging $300+ is wild. I do want to shout out the staff, especially the front desk manager who was so kind to us, especially with allowing us to check in early and leave a little late. The staff that set up the party room my sister reserved for her Mehndi henna party (this was an Indian wedding) did a great job as well. There's also a lot of parking and, obviously, the breakfast is bomb dot com.

There is an outdoor mall less than five minutes away, plus every dining option under the sun, from fast food to fancy sit-down spots. They even have a BJ's and other shops. Need a hospital? Covered. Need snacks at 2 a.m.? Also covered. The pull-out sofa was shockingly comfy, and I slept like a baby. Honestly, I was not ready to leave the next morning. The hotel offers laundry, a self-wash area, a pool, and a workout room, so you can basically move in. LOL Breakfast the next morning was a made to order omelets and juice, though you could fill your plate with all kinds of options. There are tons of seats for solo travelers or big groups ready to gossip and eat. We get checked in and proceed to our room and inside the elevator and corridors and they too were uncomfortably warm! Inside our room the a/c was off and the thermostat was set at 75°! 75°!!! The room thermostat only goes down to 67° so it was not going to cool down for a few hours!!! We had to leave the room and hotel to find a place to get cooled off!! We had stayed at this location several times with our golf group of 14-20 (depending on the year). There was no maid service! The peice per room was a whopping TAJ MAHAL $260/night. The complementary breakfast was a complete disaster! the powdered eggs they would use way too much water to make them and the heated covered dish looked literally like scrambled egg soup,which no one was eating and there were at least 20 guests eating in the breakfast area! The chicken sausage links were disgusting and had no flavor (I was curious and took one to try it,and couldnt eat it! The waffle maker line to get one was all 20 people waiting their turn lol. The very small pump top coffee dispensers were always empty (all 6 of them). We stayed 3 nights and the only thing that changed off the breakmenu was the chicken link "sausages " were now chicken patty sausages that tasted just like the links but a different shape!!! Do not expect to see any bacon at a breakfast in this establishment because the bunch running the place are from Bombay,India which explains the lack of air conditioning use and no pork products!!!
