I used to support this business because it's local and family owned, but the last few times I've been there it's been awful. If the food is decent I'll give it a couple times before I make a final decision on the place. However, the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced- repeatedly! And the ladies there treat you like they're doing you a favor just because they showed up for work. Our orders have been wrong and the food really isn't worth it. I won't be back. read more

Just passing through town and we were very happy with the authentic Mexican food. Drive-through made it all the more enjoyable, as we took the food back to our hotel. Tamales were tasty and my hubs enjoyed his Carnitas Burrito. Good horchata too. read more

My partner and I are huge fans of quality authentic Mexican food. Having grown up in a family who owns a Mexican restaurant, my standards for flavor, texture and service are high. Rodolfo's passed the test with flying colors. We were greeted by a very friendly man who took our order with a smile. The food was up quickly, and the time to feast had come! The food, oh the food! My partner and I each got a burrito, his pollo asado and mine carne asada. For under five dollars (the most expensive burritos on the menu), we got a lot of bang for our buck. They were very substantial and also very delicious. The tortillas were homemade and struck the perfect balance between crispy and soft, topped off with a nice smoky after-taste. The meat had a really nice texture and deep, intricate flavors. My partner and I are quite the talkative pair, but we were silent as we devoured our meal. Only the sounds of, "Mmmmmmm" and the kitchen's Mariachi music were heard. We have not been to every Mexican place in town, but now we're seriously wondering if we need to. Rodolfo's was quick, friendly, and delicious. Midnight cravings? Yep, they're open 24/7, so we never have to worry about being disappointed by another Mexican restaurant. Love love love this place!! Sure there is a slight language barrier, but frankly who cares!! I love going here early in the morning, dinner time and even 2am!! 24 hours of simply fantastic food! always get what we order and its always fresh (or at least tastes fresh ) the building and inside may not seem like a 5 star joint but the food is all that matters to me there!! Best burritos I've ever had in my whole entire life.

This place is the definition of a dive when it comes to Mexican. I'm not gonna lie, the inside of the place is terrible. I generally never eat there, I always order to go or hit the drive-thru. But it's not about how ugly the colors are or the seats that look like they got re-purposed from a Taco Bell going out of business sale -- it's about the FOOD! The tacos are legit, the burritos are legit, their breakfast burritos are legit... I could go on. Did I mention they are open 24 hours? If in my other life I was a weed smoker, I would be at this place CONSTANTLY. The entrees are fresh and very flavorful. These guys would make a killing if they got themselves a cart or a food truck and parked by a bar or two. Pricewise for what you pay, you get ALOT of food as well. I don't think you can find a better price on a breakfast burrito that is as good tasting or as big as theirs anywhere in Cheyenne. If you haven't been there, you need to go at least once and give it a chance. read more

i was really hoping for some good mexican food here. what i got was some poorly produced crapola. i got some enchiladas that were bland and under sauced, and the sauce was watery. i also grabbed a few tamales, and they were burnt and dried out, like eating a paper bag. would not come back here, oh yeah, they are also kinda pricy for what they offer. read more

My husband and I moved to Cheyenne nearly two years ago. We came from a big city (Las Vegas) where it was always easy to find good, cheap Mexican food. We were more than disappointed by the selection this town has to offer...until Rodolfo's opened. It's by no means the best we've ever had but it's definitely the best we've ever had in Cheyenne. I love that there's a drive-thru and that they're open 24 hours a day (something we Las Vegans are used to). My favorite is the Number 4: a bean tostada and cheese enchilada, both served with rice and beans. My wife is Mexican so I'm very spoiled! When i cant talk her into making it, this is where we end up. This is the best in town...hands down. Just finished wolfing down some of their enchiladas....and they kick butt. They also sell in bulk so if you want buy big styrofoam containers of meat, rice, enchiladas or whatever, you can...makes a great feed for a party or big family meals. I love this place! Authentic Mexican food at amazingly reasonable prices. Their beef burrito is huge and stuffed with real beef (not hamburger). My sons devours the California Burito and my wife loves the tamales. Everything there is good and you can have a feast for two for under $20. read more

Okay honestly, I haven't eaten the food here. This review is purely first impression. I'm from Southern California, which has the best Mexican food outside Mexico, so moving to Cheyenne was scary, I didn't know what kind of Mexican food I would be walking into, and I LOVE Mexican food. We have shops like rudolphos on every corner in cali. Open 24 hours, drive thru, usually called robertos or albertos and the food is BOMB. So my husband and I went through the drive thru at rudolphos at about 6pm on a random Tuesday. First impression: yucky. The sign in the drive thru is nearly impossible to read because it is so old. The plastic was all milky and scratched to the point you couldn't read the words underneath. The pics of the plates available were impossible to make out. All you could see was the shape of the plate. To add to our impression, no one came on the speaker. At all. We waited about 3 minutes, which in a drive thru waiting to order is a lifetime. We ended up just driving through and leaving. Is the food good? Maybe. But the first impression of the dumpy place was not good enough for us to care abut finding out. Now, you want some amazing Mexican food? Try Inca in fort Collins. Oh. My. God. Soooooooooo good you cannot believe you aren't in California. read more

Well Wyoming, I have to hand it to you, your Mexican food isn't a complete disgrace. I'm from Texas so I know a thing or two about what constitutes a good ol' fashion Mexican meal, and I suppose Rodolfos makes the cut. Basically, I was dragged to eat here, fearing that I would waste my money on bland 2 day old canned refried beans and frozen taquitos, but I was pleasantly surprised. Regardless of the reviews, I avoided this place just because of the building. Then I decided to be brave and go through drive thru. Am I glad I did! Wonderful food, large servings and a great price. I always order the carnitas platter. They get a nice crisp cooked on it and then serve with rice, refried beans, salsa, guacamole and a HUGE homemade tortilla. I have never been able to finish it in one sitting. Well worth it. Yes, the building is run down ( it is an old KFC), but the food is definitely worth it! read more

Rodolfos is great Mexican food you can get 24/7. Cant beat that! A warning though to all you late night/early morning eaters. My husband and I usually get this late since he doesn't get off until 2 am. Monday through Thursday there is a shift change at 2 am and it goes to only 1 guy working until around 6am. When he is there expect extremely slow service (even if you are the only ones), burnt meat, he cooks before receiving payment (seen numerous people leave cause he was taking to long), cold rice and beans, and once I had frozen tamales. The place is great on the weekends as well as before 2 am during the weekdays, but after that 2 am mark don't expect good food. read more

I have tried to eat here twice and both times it has been greasy and gross. I ordered the bacon and potato burrito and they put french fries as they potato's. I was there today for the first time, had a machaca torta, it was delicious and a lot of food for $4.30!

This place was a terrible experience. I went through the drive-thru Saturday night. You can barley read the menu or talk to the person on the headset. It was like having to talk from a cup with a string. On top of that, the person spoke very little to no English. He understood burrito and coke cola so I settled with that. Once I showed up to the menu he rudely said, "$12.50". I gave him a twenty dollar bill and he disrespectfully handed me back my money and gave me my food and shut the duct taped window and walked away. I was in shock at his behavior and knocked on the window to remind him he forgot to give me my Coke cola. He opened the window and said, "what?!". I let him know I was missing my beverage and he replied "$2.50". I was completely confused and asked him for my receipt. He printed out a receipt right there and literally threw my receipt at me and slammed the duct taped glass once again and walked away. The receipt said "Item - $12.50". Come to find out the burrito meal was $9.00 so he purposely ripped me off over a soda. I was outraged but was watching my little niece so I had to keep my cool. Besides the ordering and customer service experience, the place looked completely unsanitary. The man I was dealing with was sweating in a wife beater and had no gloves on. I could also see that the workers in the back did not have gloves on as well and several flies were flying around inside the kitchen. The food was just as bad. Nothing special about the rice or beans. Very bland. The burrito was very bland as well. It was mostly tortilla and very little meat. There was no flavor. I was disappointed to say the least, I have eaten at authentic Mexican food trucks that blow this place out of the water. I also lived in New Mexico for some time so I have had good authentic Mexican food to compare it to. There is no comparison, Taco Bell would be considered a 5 star meal compared to this place. Simply put, it is not worth your time or money to go to this place. I PROMISE you will be disappointed! The BBB and Health Department need to be notified about this place. I don't understand how someone so rude and who can barely speak English run a business. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is a front for something else. Seemed fishy! read more
