    French Dip & Fries
    Stephanie S.

I love a good French dip, and to say Espi's was good would be an understatement! I'm really looking forward to going back and trying more menu items. The drive through made getting my lunch so easy and so fast. The portions are a really good size too! Normally French dip has thinly sliced beef, but the sandwich at Espi's has thick chunks of really flavorful meat, and the au jus was really good too. There were also more fries served than in the picture. They were so good I ate a lot in the car on the way home! If everything on the menu is this good, Espi's will be a fast favorite. Definitely give it a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Sausage burrito smothered with half red and half green chili
    Ryley E.

This is a super cute restaurant. The staff is incredibly kind. It's very clean and the food is fresh and hot. Walk up window to order and sit down or a waitress will come take your order. Definitely a local spot everyone should try. My only warning was that I expected the "red chili" to be a red Chile sauce comparable to the green chile sauce (like an enchilada sauce) I was surprised to see Chili. With beans and meat. My mistake for not asking. The Greene Chile sauce has a bit of heat but not too bad. Food was quick but hot and fresh.

The best classic cheeseburger in Cheyenne. Hand packed with a high quality bun. Go extra and get the jalapeño bacon on yours.

    Smothered breakfast burrito

When you walk in, you seat yourself. A waitress brings over menu's and takes your drink order so you can look over the menu. The ambiance is great nice and relaxing. The smothered breakfast burrito with sausage and green chile is the best in town. Hands down the best green Chile I have ever had. Anyone wanting a great breakfast come here would highly recommend.

Was driving through Cheyenne and wanted to enjoy a quality dinner: this place did NOT disappoint!…read more First off: amazing tap selection. They have a huge mix of different beer types from breweries ranging from Colorado to Montana. Bartenders are great and will def let you try stuff first. Food was delicious. We got the birria tacos and the burger: the meat juices and flavor was flowing and those fries soaked it all up with perfect crispness. Staff was kind and relaxed, just good people good at their jobs. Finally atmo was perfect: cool looking interior with good amount of seating and a huge outdoor patio friendly for dogs and kids alike!

I had pretty high…read moreexpectations because I'd heard a lot of good things, and while there were some standout items, one issue kept this from being an easy five star experience. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with truffle fries as an extra side, and my wife had the birria tacos. We also ordered a strawberry boba horchata for me and a Kombucha Mule for her. The biggest issue was the amount of sauce. If you order anything with sauce, I'd recommend asking for it light. My buffalo chicken sandwich was absolutely drenched in buffalo sauce. By the time it reached the table, the inside of the bun was completely soaked, and every bite was overwhelmed by the strong vinegar flavor of the buffalo sauce. I even scraped a large amount of sauce off my plate, and I couldn't finish the sandwich because it became too much. The truffle fries had a similar issue. The fries themselves were excellent, but there was so much sauce that it eventually overpowered the dish. That said, there were plenty of positives. My wife thought the birria tacos were good, especially the crispy texture. I thought they were good too, although I personally would have liked a little more flavor in the meat. The regular fries that came with my sandwich were outstanding. They were golden, crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and honestly one of my favorite parts of the meal. The biggest surprise of the night was the strawberry boba horchata. It was absolutely incredible and easily one of the best drinks I've ever had. The combination of horchata and boba was something I'd never seen before, and the sweetness was perfectly balanced. I will come back just for that drink. My wife's Kombucha Mule was also really good. Looking back, I probably should have mentioned the sauce issue to our server because I'm sure they would have made it right. I don't think the food itself was the problem. It just felt like the sauces were a little overdone that day. I'd definitely be willing to come back and try other menu items because the quality was there, and with a lighter hand on the sauce, I could easily see this being a strong 4.5 or even 5 star experience.

I settled on the Cajun chicken sand. My kids got the mac and cheese, and my husband got a steak. Everyone liked their food. All sandwiches and burgers come with unlimited fries. The chicken was perfectly cooked and nice and juicy, and it was very flavorful even with being chicken breast and not fried. I also got a vodka cranberry it was I believe $5 for the rail option which wasn't bad. This was not a happy hour price either. Overall, I am glad we stopped in! My second time here, and it's continuing to impress!…read more My husband ordered the Cowboy Grilled Cheese, which he LOVED. When I tasted it, I found it quite straight-forward and satisfying. Warm pulled pork and melted cheddar inside a perfectly buttered and pan-toasted envelope of thick-cut white bread. The real star was the bread: impossibly light and airy. Yum :) I ordered the Chicken with Kale Pesto Sandwich and specially requested it on a croissant bun. Wow. The grilled chicken breast was absolutely moist and juicy! The bacon was thick, the pesto fresh, and the croissant bun the perfect combination of crispy, chewy, and buttery. Since I'm a saucy sandwich kind of girl, I ordered extra mayo and hot sauce on the side, which I mixed together to slather on each bite separately. And yes, it was GOOD. The Padre's Hot Sauce, apparently made by a local man (whose daughter happened to be our server today), was a revelation. Both the mild "Yellow Jacket" and hot "Bodacious" are made through a lacto-fermentation process that results in a luscious, complex chili flavor without the harsh vinegar edge that you get with most hot sauces. My hat's off to Mr. Padre for your delicious and painstakingly created hot sauce and to Paris West for featuring this superior, locally-produced artisanal product! I'm actually grateful that their espresso machine was on the fritz today, because I would not have otherwise tried their drip coffee, which was a special edition small batch dark roast, whose name escapes me. It was fantastic. And we culminated our meal with dessert: carrot cake for my hubby and Orange & Sugar crêpes for me. I found the carrot cake unpleasantly cold, dense, and barely carroty, topped with uninspiring cream cheese frosting and untoasted pecans - pass. The crêpes, on the other hand, were wonderful. Perfectly thin, uniform, and tender. With a thin brushing of orange marmalade inside and, be still my heart, a syrup-poached orange slice garnishing each folded pancake. I think a nice dollop of homemade whipped cream would've sent this dish over the top, but then I can be an over-the-top sort of person, so maybe don't listen to me :) Long story short, it was a fantastic mid-week brunch, and we will be back soon! I hope you'll join us :)

We told the host 4 times how many people was in our party and they kept saying the wrong number. We sat down ordered drinks. They came fast. Then asked for recommendations. Got lunch recommendations. Then after we placed our order including their recommendations they told us they're not serving lunch for 20 more minutes if it's ok if we wait for the order to be put in. That was awkward and uncomfortable but we waited it out. Though my daughter ordered off the kids menu , the only menu provided to her and it was breakfast items. So her waffles came out first then she waited 15/20 minutes for our food to come out to eat with us. Her food said it came with strawberries and whip cream. It took 3 trips to get her order delivered properly. I will say the food was delicious. It was weird though when we got the check that we were up charged for regular fries with our burger and the bacon for my daughters waffles. The server asked her with her waffles if she wanted bacon or sausage without sharing it was an upcharge. That's my fault for not reading the menu. Though I do believe when you are offering an item you should tell the guest their is an up-charge for that item. Then when asked what sides come with the burger she said fries, salad or chips. I chose fries. Then when bill came I saw the fries were an upcharge. When waters were refilled it was spilled all over the table. Cup should have been removed from table to refill not pour over. Food was great ! Service was very disorganized though their personalities were good . The food isn't good enough to make me want to give them a second chance with the service provided
