This is suppose to be a HEALING clinic, but its done nothing that run my bank dry, and cause me MORE anxiety. Dont call yourselfs a HEALING clinic if youre just going to accuse your patients of being addicts. I made a few last ditch efforts to resolve this nicely, because $400 waste of a product really upset me and they couldnt even do a refund or a replacement. Anyways DR.M instead of acting like an adult acted like a literal CHILD and decided to BLOCK MY CELL PHONE NUMBER. So this place is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! It was my first time here and I was impressed by how organized and thorough everything was…read more Google Maps threw me a little off because it was telling me to enter into the parking for physicians only, but if you follow the signs themselves, you'll find the correct parking for patients. I turned into a huge multi-story parking garage that's right across from the emergency room, which is where I needed to go. When I entered the emergency room, I was first met by security who searched my bag. Next, I was sent to a window where someone asked the reason for my visit. Then I was handed a piece of paper to fill out with my info. I then had to get in line to turn my paper in at another window. The person there also made a copy of my ID card and put an ID bracelet around my wrist. I then had to sit back in the waiting area until my name was called. After my name was called, I was sent into an exam room where my vitals were taken and I was again asked about my symptoms. From there, I was sent to another counter where they asked for my insurance and I was handed a "passport" card that let me know how far along I was in having my case processed. I was sent down the hall to the right where they then took my blood and urine. From there, a doctor took me into an exam room where more tests were done specific to my case. Afterwards, I was sent back into the waiting room to wait for my results. I realized that they had sent me in a big clockwise loop that brought me back to where I started. The first doctor I encountered was while the nurse was checking my vitals. I didn't even realize he was on my case. I thought he was just on break. It was only when the nurse spoke to him that I figured out he was listening in the whole time. At first he seemed dismissive because at that point I had told the nurse my pain level had gone down to 0, but when I told him prior to that I hadn't felt pain like that before, he went ahead and asked for further tests to be taken. The second doctor was casual, easy going, and chatty both to me and the nurse who assisted him. The first test he did wasn't showing anything, but the second test revealed what was afflicting me. If he hadn't been so thorough, those things might have been missed. The most important thing is that both doctors weren't quick to dismiss my case. Otherwise, it would've been a domino effect of something getting missed and getting worse. However, since they went forward to genuinely try and figure out what was wrong with me, the domino effect now is I know what's wrong with me and I need to figure out how to fix it. The hours of waiting weren't the best. It was only towards the end that I realized there was free WiFi that didn't require a password. However, the passport card they gave me did tell me how long each test would take. What I didn't realize was it meant the wait time wasn't for getting the tests themselves, but the wait after. Still, I'd rather they run the tests properly instead of rushing through them and missing something. All that time waiting, I was also afraid to go to the restroom because I might miss them calling out my name. It was again only towards the end that I realized the restroom was around the corner from where security was and they call out your name loud enough so you can hear it even if you're in the restroom. I also recommend bringing a light jacket. The day I came it was hot, but after hours of waiting in the waiting room and being examined in the exam rooms, I was shivering. It got to the point the doctor thought I was scared. The last snag I had was when I was finally out and trying to leave the parking garage. I kept scanning my ticket, but the screen wasn't reading it. It also did a weird thing where half the screen was cut off. I got out of my car, but couldn't find an attendant anywhere. It was only when I was gesturing to the car behind me that the machine wasn't working that an attendant finally came to reset it. I hope that nothing bad enough happens again where I'm forced to visit another emergency room, but at least I know that this one is nearby and I feel confident enough in them from this past experience to feel like I'm in good hands if I do have to return.

Let's start with the facility itself. It is outdated, unappealing, and, more importantly, DIRTY. We have literally had to request that rooms be cleaned when there was BLOOD on the floor. In a hospital, of all places, basic cleanliness and sanitation should never be something a patient or family has to ask for. The lack of communication between physicians is equally disturbing. There appears to be no cohesive plan of care. One doctor adds a medication, another removes it, another adds three more, and meanwhile the patient and family are left trying to figure out what is happening and why. Communication with families is practically nonexistent. We witnessed a physician complete a procedure and immediately sprint out of the area without speaking to the family or answering questions. The surgical nurse was unable to answer even basic questions and repeatedly referred us back to the doctor--the same doctor who does not round, follow up, or make himself reasonably available to discuss the patient's care. Our experience with Dr. Sheinin in particular was terrible. Of all the physicians we encountered, our experience with him was by far the worst. His lack of communication, horrid bedside manner, and follow-up was completely unacceptable. If anyone in hospital administration or on the board reads these reviews, I sincerely hope you take a serious look at the concerns patients and families are raising about the care and communication they receive. And then there is the staff culture. Multiple nurses, across different departments, openly complained to the patient about being underpaid, frustrated with management, and unhappy working there. Whatever legitimate workplace concerns employees may have, an ill and vulnerable patient who is dependent on you for care should NOT be placed in the middle of them. When someone is hospitalized, their family is already scared, exhausted, and trying to advocate for them. They should not also have to chase doctors, coordinate communication between medical teams, request basic cleaning, and repeatedly beg for answers about the care being provided. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this hospital. I would never voluntarily bring myself or someone I love here again.

NOPE the dr came in the next day said i still had to take more tests even tho all the tests and ultrasound were already taken at the other hospital they were given these transfer papers upon arrival, they said they didnt know when i was gonna get surgery that the surgeron had to go thru another surgeon to get approval to do it, TF kind of hospital is that talking about protocol of our hospital. mind you i was in severe pain all they did was iv's, antiboitics and go to sleep and not even check up on u at all the iv machine alarm kept beeping and they didnt bother once to check it out luckily i recorded and took pictures of everything to report this hospital it needs to be shut down!! they say someone will come check up on u at around 2pm more test they dont come at 2 they come till 7pm, 7pm!!!! and its a third party company who takes pictures with radiation amd still have to wait 2 days for results so you have to apparently stay another 2 days to see what they say.. the rooms 0/10 they have no ac you have to share it with another person or homeless! you are dying in there the beds are filthy the curtains and walls have dried up blood. the hospital stinks!! like dead animal and trash pile they have an old nurse about 70 yrs old working night shift who doesnt even know what the hell she is doing touching iv's with bare hands no gloves smh they have computer with chair outside of every room with nurse who just stays chitchatting and haha heehee the whole day they dont even offer you water or food just stay away from here take your loved one somewhere else. will be reporting this clinic

I was transferred to this hospital from an urgent care facility near me. At first, the inside…read moredidn't seem too bad, but that quickly changed once I was taken to my room. I was placed in a room with three other patients, meaning there were four sick people sharing the same room. The patients next to me were coughing, and I couldn't understand how anyone is expected to recover in an environment where multiple sick people are being placed together. On top of that, the room was extremely hot. I was sweating and there didn't appear to be any working air conditioning in the room. I requested a fan and was told someone would have to bring one to me, but I never received it. What was even more frustrating was that when I eventually went to the waiting room, the air conditioning was working and was extremely cold. I don't understand why the patient rooms couldn't have adequate air conditioning as well. The nurses also did not seem very attentive unless they needed to draw blood or administer medication. I understand that hospitals can be extremely busy, and I don't expect constant attention, but there were several situations where I felt like my basic needs were being overlooked. For example, I needed to use the restroom while I was connected to medication. I asked approximately 2-3 different nurses who were passing by if they could have my nurse come disconnect me so I could use the restroom. It took approximately an hour before someone finally came. I understand that the hospital may have been busy, and I don't blame one particular nurse for the delay, but having to ask multiple people and still wait that long was extremely disappointing. I was told I would likely need to stay for 2-3 days. However, after experiencing the conditions and feeling that I wasn't receiving the level of care I needed, I could not imagine staying there that long. I also spoke with other patients who told me they had been there for several days and were not even being allowed to shower. I found that extremely concerning and inhumane. I truly believe there was much more care and consideration that could have been provided. I did not want to leave because I knew I was there for a reason, but ultimately, I felt that leaving and going home was the best decision for me at that moment. The hospital staff did try to convince me to stay, but I could not tolerate being in that environment for another minute. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Patients are already sick, vulnerable, and scared when they enter a hospital. They deserve a clean, comfortable environment and attentive care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I would not want to go through this again.
