I highly discourage hiring this company. I hired Rodriguez Concrete to pour two small areas of concrete. When he first came out we talked about my existing sidewalk and he said he could resurface it. I agreed but was struck dumb when he quoted me $6000 to do it. I should have asked what that meant but instead trusted him to make my space look like a $6000 project. I was out of town when they 'finished' the job and was pressured with multiple invoice texts to pay the remaining balance. I did and highly regret doing so. I came home to a blotchy paint job on my sidewalk and brush strokes in the new concrete which I told him 3 times I did not want. I said 'No Color' but he painted my sidewalk white, his idea of 'resurfacing'. We had him come back out to finish the paint job but the next day it started to chip off all over the sidewalk. He came back out and said it shouldn't have done that and he would fix it but he never came back despite our many attempts at contacting him. The concrete forms are still there, there was concrete dripped onto the sidewalk that they just painted over, tape left on the window, a wheelbarrow full of rock and the old rebar left behind. The work site was left a mess every time they finished for the 'day'. All the bad reviews that I've read about them was the same for us. We are in the process of filing a claim in small claims court which we informed him of and still no response.

Example of Rodriguez Concrete's finished work. Not good and not as Cesar described it would be

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!…read more we hired Krech because of what the salesman said would be provided and the quality of workmanship he spoke of. Our project should have been finished by now, but they're still outside working. The. "crew" is just two guys and they can't be any slower. They should have been finished already and they still have three sides of our house to go. The workmanship is inept. I'm no expert, but I know that gaps in the boards, using a hammer for nailing and leaving dents in the siding, making horrible open at the edges and more. I have yet to go out and see if the boards are even level. On some sections looking underneath there's a half inch gap between boards. They're just not nailed tight to the edge. A whole second set of problems is their utter lack of respect for our property. When the salesman was out, I carefully said that all of the landscaping around the house is valuable in terms of the hours and dollars that I have spent on it. I was assured that all of it would be protected. The first day of the project when my husband and I met with the crew and the manager I also said I just need to make clear that my plants are very important and I need you to take care to not harm them. They all agree agreed they would comply. I can't tell you how many further conversations I have had with the crew, with the project manager, and with the sales guy who we made the deal with. They Just threw their ladders on my bleeding hearts, four days in a row after each day of me telling them it was not OK. I even put sparkling garland around the most plant in case they were blind to see where it was. The next day they the garland aside and threw the on again. The project manager came out with some plywood sheets for them to lean so that the plants would be and what they did was put the plywood sheets on the and then throw their tarps over my plants to smash them. One time I tried to talk to the crew about the multiple issues that I found, and the guy just looked at me dumbfounded and said everything's fine. Everything's fine. And I said it definitely is not. I was not expecting them to be nailing into our roof shingles for all over our roof. one place they actually tore up a shingle to massively hammer something in and the shingle is just destroyed. I looked up how hammering (which the manager said should be screwed) should be correctly repaired. Roof cement is what should be used and they were using white on our dark gray roof. My guess is that by the time they finally finish we will have at least 24 to 30 of our roof with massive hammer nailing. I just learned that they were supposed to have a phase building inspection for someone to come out from the city and look at all the wrap on the house. That never happened and I had significant concerns about the underpayment and they just said no don't worry about it. It'll be fine once we tape it all up. I have an inspector scheduled to come out the next business day and we'll go from there.
