In all of my telephone interactions with the owner, I've always had a good impression of his professionalism and had pleasant interaction. So, I feel compelled to comment on a previous "one star review" posted here. The owner is also a busy guy and gives me the impression that he doesn't suffer fools very well.

The florals did not match what I purchased, it even included a type of flower that wasn't in the requested arrangement whatsoever: lilies. Lilies are deadly to cats so it couldn't be brought into the house. Numerous of the flowers are dramatically wilting even after one day with fresh water. The quality simply just isn't up to par and the arrangement looks far too different than what I paid for. The handwritten note was insanely sloppy and off-center. Not to mention, the woman who dropped them off wasn't friendly despite the office being filled with friendly employees. Incredibly irritated that this service dropped the ball in every capacity. They usually have friendly customer service and can find you things you and leave with what you needed. This particular location is in a great spot. It's easily accessible off US hwy 78 so I figured it would be perfect to go to. The greeter and most of the staff were really friendly and showed me where the items were. The issues arose when I went to checkout. The rep was nasty as if contactless payments were so rare. The item wrung up as the wrong price and the manager wanted me to go back and show her the pricing. I said I was not. And then begin to say they didn't honor online pricing. I advised her that I didn't ask that and the item was actually priced wrong or located in the wrong spot. She then continued to go back and forth with me until finally agreeing to give the price as advertised on the shelving. In the end I didn't appreciate the experience. It was unnecessary and I wound up leaving without what I came for and ordering it online. I'd rather wait for it ship to my house then to deal with confrontational workers. Won't be going to this location again.
