Unreliable and Unacceptable Service from Day One…read more I started using Tropical Pools 5 weeks ago, and unfortunately, every single week, despite my recurrent feedback via email, text, and call, brought a new issue. Here's the timeline: Week 1: The skimmer basket was left full, and the tile and walls were not brushed -- basic maintenance that should've been done from day one. Week 2: I found a brownish residue on the walls, which appeared to result from either chemical shock reactions or tool oxidation. Weeks 3-4: The service report showed 0 ppm chlorine, and no chlorine was added. This happened more than once, even though I reported it. Week 5 (Final Straw): I found greenish-brown algae developing on the walls while swimming. It brushed off easily -- a clear indication of active algae, which should never occur under proper chemical maintenance. I reached out multiple times -- by email, phone, and text -- clearly documenting the issues and asking for improvement. Issues continue every week. I just decided to terminate the service. I hired a professional service so I wouldn't have to worry about the health or condition of the pool -- but with Tropical Pools, I've had to do more monitoring and follow-up than if I were maintaining it myself. I do not recommend this company. If you expect consistency, reliability, or even basic responsiveness, look elsewhere.

Robert came to my home to give me a quote of a job in which he would need to repair a wall and the…read morecabinet that was damaged due to a broken pipe installed on the inside of the walls of my kitchen. He explained the process of the job in great detail and gave me a estimate of what the job would cost which was very reasonably priced. When Robert began the project it ended up being a lot worse then we expected. I had a ton of black mold that I was not sure would come out but Robert surprisingly was able to remove it all. Once he was able to kill all the mold he began working on the repairs. During this time I was very pleased in watching how Robert took his time to make sure everything was as it should be. Not once did he try to rush through the project. I also loved how respectful Robert was of my home and my family's needs. I had informed Robert that my son has autism and is sensitive to noise so he may become upset if the tools he uses are too loud. I told him everything was okay but I just wanted him to be aware in case he sees my son crying. Once Robert became aware of this he asked my son if he was okay with the noise or if he needed a break. My son of course said he needed a break from the noise but this did not stop Robert from doing his job. Instead of using his loud tools to cut through things he used his hand tools instead so the noise would not bother my son. Even after this when Robert needed to do things such as hammer in nails he would tell my son that he would hear a little bit of tapping but if he needed a break from the noise to let him know. Robert is not only a wonderful person but he is also an amazingly hard worker. He takes pride in what he does and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that needs a project done in their home or business. He will definitely be coming back to mine when I have more projects needed in the future.
