Completely impressed! I was having an algae issue with my pool and couldn't get it under control. I reached out to J&J as one of my top three prospects and I'm so glad I was able to utilize Javier's services. Right away he was honest and straight forward. Super responsive and fit me into his packed schedule. My pool had to be drained and he took care of it all. He came out and drained my pool, pressure washed it and got it filled back up and treated it with the appropriate chemicals. You can tell he really cares about making sure he's doing a thorough job! Javier answered on the first call and agreed to come take a look at our pool that exact same day. He was at our home less than 5 minutes and said I can take care of this for you. Within minutes our green water turned blue. He informed me that it would only get clearer and he was right. We hired him on the spot amazed at his knowledge and work. Now over a year later we can't live without his service. Our pool is always sparkling and clean. Needed help getting my pool in order although I live a lil to far for javier to service the pool he did ask for some pictures and test levels of the pool and filtration system. He was very responsive and knowledgeable with great recommendations for keeping my pool clean and chlorine and ph levels at an optimal level. He told me to feel free to reach out to him anytime if I had any other questions or concerns. I contacted about five (5) pool cleaning businesses in the area and no one wanted to come out and take a look at my above ground pool on a newly purchased home. On my last effort, I came across Javier with J & J Pool Services. It was a late call, he was on his way home but he said "No Problem" I know you need the help. Just got to give a shout out to Javier at J+J Pool Service. I couldn't condition my pool anymore so Javier came over and advised I should drained it and do a Chlorine Wash. He didn't advise a Acid Wash since I had pebble tech on my unground pool. The water had been in the pool for 6 years so I thought that maybe the case and Javier advised me of how to complete this. Javier showed up ALWAYS the time he told me he would be at my house. He has great communication skills when it comes to customer service. He completed the Chlorine wash in the early morning and afterwards started the filling process. He returned the next day at the time we set and adjusted the chemicals to get me started. He stayed in touch afterwards to make sure I was on track with my chemical testing. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE!!! If you need someone responsible and reliable I highly recommended J + J Pool Service.
