The pricing was fair and on Tuesday we committed and on Saturday (same week) we had the installation. Raul's crew is very competent and efficient! Hard workers! Got the job done in one day - 130 linear ft gutters. And 90 ft downspouts. Cleaned up after and Raul was on site working the whole day. We went with the copper as it accentuated our Tudor home beautifully. 6 in oval gutters and 4 inch downspouts.

After installation, we began hearing loud popping and creaking noises from multiple downspouts and drains. While the team came out several times and assured us the issue would be addressed, months later we're still dealing with the same problem -- especially from the north-facing drains. Communication started out fine but quickly dropped off. Each "fix" was temporary, and the underlying issue remains unresolved. At this point, I'm disappointed in the lack of lasting solutions and follow-through on their warranty and workmanship. I rarely leave negative reviews, but when you invest in what's supposed to be a professional installation, you expect the company to stand behind their work until it's right. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their quality control and customer support.

He was able to manufacture the gutters onsite with no seams and even painted inside the gutters to hide the original aluminum color.
