He emailed me a comprehensive estimate and offered me a financing option that was very affordable. Interest-free loan if paid in 18 months. I asked the main office lady (Sam) to please do the legwork and obtain the permits for me, and she did so effectively and got them right the first time. When the crew came out to replace my roof, their Foreman (Jose) explained each step to me as they progressed. The first day was tear-off and replacing 3 sheets of plywood. The second day, the crew met with the State Inspector who approved the crew to proceed to install the new shingles. Final Inspection was done by the same Inspector during the following week and Jose came out to meet with him and get the Final Signoff. The whole process was smooth and friendly which I believe is due to this family-owned roofing business who actually CARE about doing a fine job for a fair price. I can completely recommend them for your roof.

David came by to inspect my leak by physically going up on my roof. He told me that he would email me the estimate next week. I waited until yesterday, 4/7/26 to reach out to David for the estimate. I texted him at 9:23 AM about when he would be sending me the estimates for either the repair or the entire roof underlayment replacement. I saw that he read my text message but he did not reply back. The next day I texted him again that I will be informing his office of my interaction with him. He texted back right away that he is out of town for training and he apologized for the late response. I told him that I will not be using his company for my repair/replacement due to his lack of care and commitment. He texted me by the name of Trina and Angela, although all he had to do was scroll up on the text messages for my name. If it's this difficult to get a hold of this company to give them money for their service, it might be impossible to get a hold of them once they have your money.

Of the three we called...One never called back. The other one and All Service Roofing came out to do an estimate. The first company came out and gave an estimate that cost $$$. Bryan from All Service Roofing came out and did an estimate and found the same issues as the other company. When it came down to cost, All Service Roofing was a fraction of what the other company quoted. On the day of the repair, Carlos and his team showed up in the timeframe that was agreed upon and started working right away. They uncovered the roof tiles and started the repairs. They worked quickly and efficiently. The whole project took about an hour to complete. What amazed me was amazing to me was that All Service Roofing did the same work as the other company and did a fantastic job at a fraction of the price.
