The trucks and service here are standard. I'm not a fan of their "overfill' policy with the gas. I was told to not only fill up the tank until the pump stopped, but to then continue to fill it beyond that to ensure the needle is showing beyond the "F". They also require that you fill out paperwork about whether or not your personal insurance covers damage to their trucks. Pro tip: it probably doesn't, so don't bother calling your insurance company, I did it already.

Absolute Worst Car Rental Experience Ever:…read more I flew into DIA, took public transit to this location, and called ahead multiple times on the way. No one ever picked up. So I called Budget corporate, and they reassured me: the place would be open, and they had three cars waiting for me. When I arrived, the owner flat out told me he had no cars. I explained my reservation was already partially prepaid and that corporate had confirmed availability. He didn't care. He doubled down and said I wasn't getting one of his cars. I pointed to the vehicles sitting right there in the lot. His reply? "Those cars are not for you." The whole interaction had TEMU Bond villain energy, minus the charm. I had to Uber to my next stop and call corporate again. The rep just parroted back that the location should have honored my booking. I asked why Budget even partners with this operator if he ignores their own reservations. No real answer. After reading through more reviews, I see that he does this often. You've been warned! Save yourself the hassle, the wasted time, and the Uber fare. Skip this place completely.

We took our vehicle in for an initial estimate with them and a repair date was scheduled a month down the road. We brought our car in at the appointed time. Mike, the owner called me once tear down was complete and estimated 2 weeks for the repair. They also had some warranty work they needed to correct on some prior damage. We were in a rental car through USAA. As time went on, we were told our car was "in production" over and over again. As insurance companies do, they only approve the rental car for the estimated amount of initial repair time (2 weeks). USAA called saying they had not received information from Hampden about a supplement and could not approve the rental without one, we called on conference to Hampden and spoke with Mike. Mike was argumentative stating that the car was in line for repair and there was nothing he could do. That there was no supplement, they were busy and would submit a supplement at the end of the work if there was one. USAA explained that they could not approve a rental for beyond the time allotted without a supplement and round and round they went while I, the customer, was stuck in the middle. Eventually USAA approved the rental for another 2 weeks despite not having any supplemental information. At the end of those 2 weeks (they've now had my car for a month) I was again stuck with no car and the end of the rental looming. I called Hampden again and spoke with Brian. He informed me that my car was in line for paint and was not ready. USAA approved the rental extension based on that for a week. Then at the end of the week, here we go again. USAA had reached the end of what they could pay for a rental without supplemental information. We again called on conference to Hampden and spoke with Brian. Not only was Brian not helpful he was rude and obstructive. He proceeded to the tell the adjuster that he wasn't going to argue repair time with her because she didn't know what she was talking about and my car was in line for paint. The adjuster responded that she has been in the business for 20 years and she understands how repair shops work. The conversation devolved from there . Needless to say, there was no resolution and the call ended badly. So badly in fact that the adjuster called me back and recommended that I report them to their corporate office, unfortunately, there isn't one. At this point, my 2-week repair was at 7 weeks and they could no longer justify a rental car. A week went by, now without a rental car and again I called Hampden expecting my car to be finished, after all it was in line for paint a week ago, surely it must be done by now. This time Mike fielded my call. My car still wasn't done and it was still in line for paint. When I inquired as to why my car sat for a week waiting for paint since I was told the same thing a week ago, Mike explained that they have 60 cars on rotation there. Some of those cars have been sitting for months waiting for parts and when those parts come in they get pushed to the front of the line further delaying my repairs. To his credit Mike did offer to pay for a rental vehicle and did cut us a check at the end. My car ended up taking an additional 2 weeks for a total of 9 weeks! For a drivable, minimal damage repair. Do they do good work, yes. Is it the most frustrating experience you will ever have, also yes. Hampden Auto body is like dropping your car into a black hole. Whatever they tell you for a time estimate is a lie, multiply it by at least 4. Don't expect them to work with the insurance company paying for your repairs. They blatantly refused to use the USAA online document submission system and refused to send the paperwork to justify extending the rental. Expect Mike and Brian to be condescending, obstructive and thoroughly unhelpful. I cannot recommend them less. There are plenty of good repair shops in Denver that are better organized, customer friendly and courteous

It was literally the day I picked it up when the new struts were placed on it. Within that week I had to bring it back for an alignment. Your staff tried telling me "it's just the roads". The other shop you mention was bmw dealership who tried to fix the issue that was caused by this installation. They diagnosed car with new right strut being bent. You said you would replace it and I asked about replacing strut mount at same time. You did not replace the strut and then I brought it back later to have strut mount replaced. You did both at same time! I stated I would pay for the strut mount as it was also recommended by dealership asterisk causing issue since the strut mounts were not replaced in the beginning which is recommended when replacing struts but you decided not to for some reason. Your timeline of events is off Vlad. I immediately complained about the issues with installation and just about every week for months called to see when I could get car in to have it looked at. I offered multiple times to see if anything else needed replaced at my cost. At no time did you tell me that replacing all of the struts and shocks back to oem was at no cost to me. In fact you told me it would be an expense you didn't want to deal with and I responded didn't want to spend additional few thousand dollars to do that. I asked you several times to look at everything and see what the possible issue is, you would not do this, and your response to me is "you tell me what you want me to do"! I mean really? You are supposed to be the bmw expert and you're asking me what to do? I even said multiple times if you think it is the aftermarket control arms then please quote me to replace and let's see if that solves the problem. To this date I still have no quote from you. But here we are 6 months later and I have brought this car to you several times to allow you to fix this properly and you still can't. It's not my fault your work and installation has caused this issue. I gave you every chance to make this right and you decided not to.
