My girlfriend and I rented a car to drive to Meow Wolf in Santa Fe. The experience was extremely simple and professional. The crew that was present when we picked the vehicle up we're fast, friendly and efficient. We were in an out with the car in ten minutes. The car got awesome gas mileage, was clean and a pleasure to drive. I actually sort of fell in love with the car and didn't really want to give it back. Radar activated cruise control is a luxury I've never had before. Wow, is that nice. Returning the car was even easier. There was a mix up, really on my party, in which the car needed to be back by 8am or became a three day rental but the office did open until 10am. The employee was happy to credit back a third day rental fees and he was extremely pleasant about it. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this Enterprise location. read more

When picking my rental car I had excellent service, but returning not that much. Considering it was busy that's understandable. But I did notice that if you're Caucasian or dressed in business attire you do get faster and prompter service. It's ok the guy who helped me the day before was much better I think his name was Casey? Mike was also attentive and friendly/professional always greets customers and shakes their hand. I'm not sure I'll use this location again unless I have to. Like I said perhaps it was just busy or that time of the day? I usually get consistent and excellent service from Enterprise. read more

This review is long overdue but I just had to share about the amazing customer service received here at Englewood Enterprise from Sam and his Manager Reed back in late March of this year. Coming from Hawaii I have never driven in snow or icy conditions and was pretty worried about the drive from Denver to Vail. Sam however, was very knowledgeable and recommended the perfect vehicle for the trip! I booked my trip one week in advance. The day of , I sat there for an hour while they got the car ready and I left without a car. When booking there are no notices regarding the hundreds of dollars extra they hold until the car is returned. It's not stated while booking, nor when confirming on the phone. The additional fee cannot be paid in cash, or split up on cards etc. True, I could get online, move some money around and come back but why bother. The car wasn't ready, I waited an hour and disclosures came last with no offer to correct the problem in any way. Smooth talking sales desk guy can't fix a terrible experience. Also if there is more than one person in the office and people are waiting that other person should be able to step in and assist others waiting. Respect peoples time. read more

My fiancé rented a car April 2-8th and upon inspection of the vehicle with the customer service agent, She was shown a card and asked to look for damage around the sides of the vehicle that was bigger than the circle on the card. When She returned the rental, the agent accused her of hail damage on the vehicle. He takes her outside and points out divots on the trunk (smaller than the circle on the card previously mentioned)and told her that she's responsible because it happened within my possession. She wasn't asked to check for hail damage, and the agent let me know that they're given strict instructions to look for hail damage upon pickup of the vehicle and are given a special card to check. There was zero precipitation during the time frame she had the car within the radius of mileage driven. There is no chance this happened in my possession, it's impossible. Check-out was a different process and standard than check-in, and they pulled a bait and switch. She's being put on the hook for damage caused with someone else. They are using my insurance for their benefit. This is complete and utter insurance fraud! read more

My husband and I decided at the last minute to rent a car while visiting Denver. When we called Enterprise, they weren't able to get us a car that day (we felt this was understandable), but they guaranteed a vehicle first thing the next morning. We almost had a hiccup when a car wasn't ready at the time originally promised, but when I told them we were on the way, they made a car appear by the time our Uber dropped us off. The staff at this location is incredibly friendly. Of course, they asked where we were headed, and we said Rocky Mountain National Park. They gave us a couple of tips and quickly sent us on our way. The car was clean, fuel efficient, and very nice - definitely much zippier than our clunky SUVs at home. We arrived back to Denver that evening, met our Uber at the Enterprise office, and dropped the keys in the drop box. Easy! We're a few weeks removed from our trip, and I checked our credit card statement while paying bills. I noticed we were double charged for our rental, so I called the location this morning to address. They incorrectly noted that we had the car for two days in their system, but Alfred quickly resolved the issue. I kind of expected a hassle, but so far very impressed with how they get things done and make it easy for the customer. Definitely recommend Enterprise's services as they have made the process very enjoyable, and they are quick to correct any mistakes allowing for a seamless customer experience. read more

I've began travelling much more often so my need for a rental services has grown. Between Alamo, Avis and Enterprise, I tend to lean towards Enterprise as their customer service has been top notch! This is my first time using this location. The day before, I received a phone call from one of the representatives kindly reminding me that I have a reservation coming up. The day of my pick up, i was in and out of the location within 10 minutes. Jacqueline (Sorry if I misspelled your name), was very helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. The day of returning, I was checked out within 2 minutes. Jacqueline further asked if everything went well and appeared to be sincerely interested in my experience. This place is very unprofessional, they confirm reservations on the web and then have no cars to provide and they tell you to call back in the afternoon. At that point no one answers the phone between 2 and 5pm. all you get is there on hold recording saying that all their agents are too busy to answer the phone and then you have to listen to their covid precautions over and over and over again. I've had two confirmed reservations and for two days in a row they haven't had cars and they have not provided with me with any alternatives. I think they're very unprofessional. read more

I have traveled a TON, okay, over the past few years, often hitting six states a month. I have dealt with many, many ticket and car rental counters. I know what it's like to get mistreated by a rental car agency. For some of them it's an event! Something they planned in advance with hellbent satisfaction and a leering grin. I know it, they knew it, and I know you've all been a part of that game once or twice yourselves. The scars do not heal easily or well. All that being said, I have discovered a bright, shiny light in that dreary rental landscape: Dan, Linnea, and Marianna at This Particular Enterprise Location are amazing, proving once again that good people make the company. I will be honest: I have typically not gotten the greatest service from Enterprise in the past, so they have not been my first choice for some time. In September of 2013 (last month), though, I found myself in need of an emergency rental for a tradeshow/class I needed to be at out of nowhere. They were the only place for miles that actually had a car to rent (way to go Hertz and Alamo! No suburban support means I'm no longer your client. Also, to the Hertz who said I should just take a bus to the airport to find a car could use some lessons in courtesy from this Enterprise: they offered to pick me up). I booked it... and now I'm on my third rental from them in a month. Dan and Linnea have always been professional and courteous, even when there's fifty million people waiting for them because the retail gods said they should all show up at the same time. This is usually part of the rental car joint's nefarious schemes but these cats are too human: they deflect bad traffic like a cop on Monster Khaos. I've watched them fix problems for third party reservation systems and I've seen them bounce from customer to customer with a smile, when I know if I'd been in their shoes there's no way I'd be anything but out of my mind. Respect. Dan, Linnea, Marianna and their crew continue to give top notch customer service in the face of many obstacles; most of which, in my opinion, are of outside influence. So many people sincerely don't know what it takes to rent a car. Personally and professionally speaking: if you're in the area, this is the shop to rent from. I've rented 9 states, 4 on a regular basis and this shop is in my top 3 all time. And they are without question the best Enterprise crew I've EVER encountered. Thanks, kids. Made my days easier. While my car was being repaired for hail damage, the repair shop went through this location for my rental car, as it was one of the only locations with cars available. Getting set up with them went smoothly. The car we got obviously had been driven hard in the past and did not take turns well, but it wasn't a big deal for a few weeks. The issues began after having the car for a week or so. I received a voicemail at 4:30pm one day telling me the car had been sold to someone, and I needed to return it either that day or the next day. It took 15 minutes to get someone on the phone, and they offered me very little leeway with returning the car. This location is 20 minutes from my house and getting down there in rush hour traffic is not pleasant. I offered to drop it off at a location closer to my house if they desperately needed it or have it so they could come pick it up from me, but the employee had to confirm with someone and never called me back. Of course this was all taking place before I went out of town, so I needed a quick resolution. I reached out to the hail repair shop to see what could be done, since they initially set up the rental. They also had trouble reaching someone on the phone. Eventually, they got a hold of Mario and had arrangements made to trade out the cars where I was, and Mario was supposed to call me to set things up. I'm glad I decided to call them on a whim, I'm not sure whether I would have heard from him that day or not. We finally arranged it so that I was able to drop it off at the location by my house, and I did not take another car so I wouldn't have to deal with returning it once again. I've never heard of a rental agency selling a car while it's being rented, but apparently it can happen. I understand they needed it at a certain time, but leaving a message 24 hours before needing the car isn't great customer service. Mario was very apologetic, tried to be as helpful as he could, and we were able to resolve it which is why I gave 3 stars, but I would probably recommend going with another rental agency that won't sell your car mid-rental. read more

After renting a car while mine was in the shop, I was told I owed for putting insurance on while I operated the car. When I was setting up the paperwork the gentleman said I could use my own insurance, I ended up getting charged for added insurance I didn't put on anyway. Made getting my truck back more difficult. Didn't help me at all. Already in a pit and enterprise didn't help one bit. Don't hold up their word. Treat you like you're stupid. Next time, when my trucks in the shop I'll gladly walk the 7 miles to work. read more

Two stars, only because they try to do right...sort of. They'll waive the gas fill up, or smile, or apologize for the inconvenience. But still, long waits for pickups and drop offs, long waits for cars, and they just can't get something as simple as an emailed receipt delivered same day. My car was damaged in a parking garage. Someone backed into my car causing nearly $4000 worth of damage and then just drove away. I couldn't believe there are no security cameras in the garage so we have no idea who would have done such a thing. Thanks to Enterprise who had a rental car available for me. Worst experience renting a car ever! I used their website to make a reservation two weeks ago because I'm going out of town this weekend. On their website, my reservation estimate said it would cost 160 dollars...not bad for three days, and I was looking at a med-sized SUV. I go and get the rental today, and they charge me Closer to 300 for my rental...before a 150 dollar deposit. They're just scum and liars and use their online website as a farce to get people locked into a rental that is way more than they say it is. They said it was 'before tax price' but I did the math using my city's tax rate and it should've been 162 and change not 280. Also, I did buy the insurance, which was 24 dollars a day, so adding everything up still it would only be 244.40, not 429.83 with a 150 deposit. Even now writing this review I went over to Enterprise's website and set up a mock rental for two weeks from today with all of the same parameters, and wouldn't you know it's only 178 AFTER TAXES. Definitely a far cry from the 425 I had to pay today. It's a real shame because I even used to work for enterprise a few years ago and never saw such crap customer service or treatment. Maybe the branch manager is just especially poor at their job, but I highly doubt Craig the DM would tolerate such atrocious work quality. I feel bad for anyone who uses Enterprise to rent for recreational use, and disappointed I'll be using Hertz from now on. read more

After a terrible experience with Hertz (who could not provide our pre-paid vehicle when we arrived in Denver, and to compensate, after an hour of telephone calls, could only offer an alternative vehicle from a location an hour away at 3 times the price), we fortunately found this Enterprise office just a few minutes away. Not only did they arrange a similar vehicle to the one that we had initially booked with Hertz within minutes, when they heard our story they offered to match the initial Hertz booking price. All three staff in the office that day (Alfred, Dominic and Jamie) were delightful and professional, and went out of their way to ensure that our family were able to commence our road trip without any further hassle, and our family of 4 (including two young children) are so grateful. We'll definitely be using Enterprise for all our car hire needs for the remainder of our US travels. Highly recommended! Thanks again for saving the day. Horrible experience! My husband had a rental car set up with Enterprise for weeks. As he went to pick it up today, we were told that the car was given to another person. We were told that someone would drop an SUV off to my husband at work by 4:00 today. No one has shown up and it is almost 5:00 pm. My husband called and was informed a minivan (not an SUV) will arrive within another hour. We have been very patient today, and this is unacceptable. I will never rent a car from this company again! read more
