I have had a few of the wax specialists there and everyone has been very very nice and professional. They are understanding of last minute cancellations and are very accommodating to you schedule. They have products that they sell there as well, but I've never felt pressured to buy more than what I need from them. In fact, on my first time in the wax specialist told me that the length of hair was not long enough to wax and that the treatment would be uneven, so she rescheduled me for a week later instead of just doing the wax just because I was there. The store is clean and each room is private with a door that fully closes from top to bottoms. Their rooms aren't like stalls that could potentially make you feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this place to others, and I will continue to go back as well.

We were staying at the hotel so I had a massage on Friday and a facial on Saturday. The prices are extremely reasonable for the level of service provided. The facial included the bells and whistles that some spas don't provide. If you have experienced a facial where they put a mask on then leave you in the room for 20 minutes only to come back wipe off the cleanser and send you on your way- come to Toni for a facial that includes treatment on your feet, arms and shoulder massage and a facial that leaves your skin glowing! I had to Google "Ataraxis" to find out the meaning-"the absence of stress or anxiety; serenity". Exactly the state I left in! Hope you are fortunate enough to experience the same.

She skipped filing my nails and did nothing with my cuticles. Polish was sloppy and all over the skin surrounding the nails. The gel extensions are not much better. They look so bad. So sloppy. I have also had a haircut at this salon. That was bad also. I asked for my hair to be cut to right about my shoulders. Instead, my hair stops right under my ears. These people should not be allowed to run a salon. Unprofessional and terrible work. Avoid at all costs.

For the record this is about a Brazilian so if you don't want to hear about the nitty gritty of…read morethat experience don't read this. The salon is big, bright clean and busy. All good things. The waxing room is at the back, oddly shaped but a decent size and pretty typical. Rebecca (don't quote me on that name) was my waxer, she is very soothing and nice and likes to incorporate crowd participation. She has you pull back your skin as she yanks, she thinks having some control of the process makes it less painful. Let's be honest, you're ripping all the hairs out of my lady pocket, nothing short of full blown anesthesia is going to make this go any better for me. She is quick and pleasant and even did a clean up with tweezers at the end. I was happy. Until I got the mirror and got real personal with myself. I didn't just pay 80 american dollars for you to not do everything. A Brazilian is not just a glorified bikini waxing, it is supposed to leave me bald as Telly Savalas. This one didn't. I've had cheaper, better, and more complete waxes everywhere else I've been. Lesson learned, make my appointment far enough in advance that I can go to my first choice (MC Hair in Cuyahoga Falls) rather than jumping on this. Let me reiterate, for what she waxed she was thorough, but neglecting to wax everything is not going to work for me.

The staff here is very friendly and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. Everything was clean and polished. The pedicure was not cheap. About $70 (and a little more if you use a credit card). Advertised as a spa pedicure for $45, there was an ad-on for removal of previous nail polish and then for gel instead of regular polish. I've had better spa pedicures for cheaper, but this was not bad. I may come back again anyhow, but I probably would remove my own polish first and not get gel.

While everyone was very nice the person I happened to get for my full set needs more training. They did not do anything with my nail beds or cuticles. Just put the set on and the gel. I also got a pedicure that turned out ok but did feel very rushed and had to tell them to touch up parts of my toenails they missed with the polish. Not sure I'd go back and if I did I'd make sure I get other nail techs for my service. My daughter also went with me and her nails turned out fine. Both my nail and pedi tech needed instruction from the tech next to them durning my services. Will be going back to My usual salon going forward. Quality can definitely improve.
