Apparently you didn't understand what the problem was, used unnecessary parts and spent a long time "repairing" it. Minor repairs to two toilets were acceptable. You returned to problem solve and fix it, though it was still leaking when you left. Again you said that it was suppose to be that way. After researching we found the fixture that we have, on line at Lowe's. It also had diagrams on parts and how to install it and replacement parts. We sent this information to you. You returned a third time and, after the information we sent you, had it repaired in a very short time. After the first visit you charged us $590 and had to return twice, after WE figured out what the problem was. The stopper is still not like the one in the other sink. We feel that parts and labor on the first visit would have been unnecessary if you had had the correct parts. We have never had repair service that was this unsatisfactory. My husband decided to start the job by removing concrete. Not only did we find a botched piping job by the original contractor, but he made the mistake of hitting the pipe and a drain while digging (this is a lesson learned). We had no water and no idea how to correct this problem without possibly making it worse. We called Shoreline Monday morning, and a few hours later, plumbers arrived to save us. They had to dig up more concrete, repair the pipe, a drain, and then make it functional for the tub. I was expecting to get hit with a painful bill, but I was relieved and grateful for what they charged us for having come out immediately and fixing our mess.
