Rainbow fire topaz trillions reset into yellow gold setting.
    Mara M.

Scott is such a professional. I gave him a men's gold ring with diamonds and a loose mystic topaz trillion and some pictures of what I wanted and he made my vision come true. He made a wedding ring and band with the gold and diamonds from the men's ring. I love it!! I also gave him some rainbow fire topaz trillion earrings in a clunky white gold setting and asked him to put them in a yellow gold setting that was more dainty. He did just that. Fantastic gorgeous job on both the rings and my earrings. I went to a big box store and another family owned jeweler in town before I went to Scott. Neither of the other two places instilled confidence that I was going to get what I wanted. I read his Google reviews and decided to meet him. As soon as I met Scott I felt comfortable and at ease. There's nothing like talking to the actual jeweler who's going to do the work. I felt right away that he knew what he was doing. He was very kind and willing to work with what I gave him. And he took great care not to crack or scratch my soft topaz stones while he did the work. I really appreciate his attention to detail and feel his pricing was reasonable. He was also able to complete the work sooner than I anticipated. I feel very well taken care of and am proud to wear my new rings and earrings. I would definitely recommend him and go back for any new work or repairs I might need. He is a true craftsman.

Scott was referred by a jeweler I used in the past. I'm glad I found another jeweler I can trust and give my business to. He was nice and listened to my needs. I love my beautiful ring.

When I took my ring out, a diamond was missing. Lucky for me, I didn't lose it!) When I showed my ring to my coworker, she told me to go one of the jewelry stores in Fashion Fair. (I won't say which one.) She told me it takes a few WEEKS to get it back. I could not accept that! I didn't want to be without my ring that long! I found CK Jewelers on Yelp and decided to trust it given how good the reviews were. They weren't wrong! You won't regret it! I used to work retail and customer service is important to me, so it meant a lot that Chris was so welcoming both on the phone AND in person. And he is clearly very gifted at what he does for a living. I wont go anywhere else now that I've found this place. He got a customer for life out of me today, that's for sure. I also enjoyed looking his custom jewelry that he's made himself! It was a really impressive selection and I'm kicking myself for not taking a photo. If you need repairs or are shopping for something new, you have to check out CK Jewelers!

It's right next to Glossy Nails on Blackstone and Herndon. The lady who helped assist was very nice and I believe the guy who came out to say hello to us while we waited was also the owner. My dad had two watches one needed a battery replacement and the other needed the links to be removed so it fit perfectly onto his wrist. Total came out to $40 and I think that's a really nice price. I'll definitely come back here again if I ever need any repairs done for my jewelry. Service was also pretty quick! It took about 20 minutes! Thank you!

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE here at the Diamond Gallery!…read more I visited the Diamond Gallery in 06/2026 due to a loose diamond and the other diamond fell out. Luckily, I found it while cleaning, and my husband found The Diamond Gallery on Yelp. We were greeted by Brandon, who welcomed us with a level of warmth and genuine customer care. He was so friendly and welcoming. He inspected my ring within a minute with complete confidence, confirmed it my band is platinum with intact prongs, and explained they could set the loose diamond, tighten the prongs, reshape the band, and clean it for $35. I couldn't believe the pricing! I was quoted $500 at Orloff, but for only prong tightening (my diamonds were loose during that consultation). I got my ring back a few days later, and it looks absolutely flawless and I barely recognized it! It was stunning; I was so blown away by the quality of work and exceptional service that I voluntarily paid double his quoted price. I shared my experience and the incredible care I received with a few coworkers. One of them actually visited a jeweler recently and was thrilled--she said her engagement ring came back looking even better than when she first got it. My husband and I felt the same way about mine; it looked even more stunning than the day I first wore it. That's the magic of finding a master craftsman. They don't just fix a flaw, they elevate the whole piece. Thank you, Brandon!

Oh no! What could we improve?! Let's start here…read more I purchased a watch and wedding ring 7 years ago from the Diamond Gallery. Both have weathered daily wear well. Very happy with my purchase. I Left the watch and ring with them for a minor repair early in May. I told them I wanted to remove a link to resize the watchband and asked if they could refurbish the watch case. The ring was missing a tiny diamond chip. I needed the missing diamond chip replaced. June rolls around and so far I had heard nothing from anyone about any progress. 3 weeks pass before I got curious and impatient and decided to call to find out what was going on. Ken says "the diamonds are on back order and that the watch would be about $190 to repair. We didn't know if you wanted to spend that much to get the watch repaired so we didn't know what to do. Hmmm. Here's a novel idea. PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL ME ON THE NUMBER ON THE ESTIMATE! Jeez. Ask a question. You might just get an answer. It made me wonder how long my watch would have sat there if I hadn't bothered to call and check? I explained to Ken that yes, like the estimate says, repair the watch and resize the band by taking out a link. He asked if I wanted the crystal replaced. I say yes. It's not a super expensive watch but it has sentimental value and I wanted it completely repaired. Three more weeks pass and no news. No call. I call again. They say the store is closed for a week for vacation and they don't have any information on my watch or ring. But they will call me as soon as they are open again. Finally call me yesterday ( it's now mid July. It's been well over ten weeks since I dropped it off.) They ask, what are we supposed to do to the ring? I said it was supposed to get one of the diamonds replaced that is missing. He says "Oh. It looks like it's already been replaced. I guess you can pick it up tomorrow." Wife goes to pick up the watch and ring and they ask her, "Did he want the crystal replaced? It's got a couple of scratches in it." I told my wife to just pay for whatever they did and bring it home. I certainly didn't want to leave it with them again for another 10 weeks. She gets it home. I put it on only to find out they never took a link out to resize the band. Do I recommend them? Ha. This level of incompetence or complacency is really hard to find. I can understand a miscommunication. A mistake. This minor task was a train wreck from start to finish. The other funny thing? When I dropped the watch off, I asked the guy if they had a Citizen watch like mine except with a green dial face instead of the blue and he immediately said no no. I can check around but that would be pretty hard to find." As I was walking out the door, I looked to the left and in their watch display window I saw one sitting there with a green face. I just now decided to order it. On Amazon. The only assumption I can come up with, is that this is place must be just a storefront for laundering money. I can't imagine how they can stay in business with this level of customer service. I'm kidding of course, but yeah, I'm thinking I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I came in for a consultation to tighten loose prongs on two diamonds on my wedding band. When I walked in, I was greeted by a saleswoman who took my ring and almost immediately called over a colleague for help. Having two salespeople inspect a ring for 10 minutes, completely misidentify the metal as white gold, and speak with zero confidence was an immediate red flag. It felt less like a high-end jeweler and more like a mass-market commercial chain like Kay Jewelers, where sales volume is prioritized over staff expertise. When they initially quoted me $250 for white gold, I had to correct them and clarify that my band is platinum. Their instant response? "Well, that's going to cost more, $500." Five hundred dollars just to tighten existing prongs, no new metal, no replaced stones. I walked out in shock. A month later, one of the diamonds fell out. Luckily, I found it while cleaning, and my husband found The Diamond Gallery on Yelp. We were greeted by Brandon, who welcomed us with a level of warmth and genuine customer care I didn't experience at Orloff. He inspected my ring within a minute with complete confidence, confirmed it was platinum with intact prongs, and explained they could set the loose diamond, tighten the prongs, reshape the band, and clean it. His quote? $35. Thirty-five dollars! I got my ring back a few days later, and it looks absolutely flawless and I barely recognized it! It was stunning, I was so blown away by the quality of work and exceptional service that I voluntarily paid double his quoted price. I initially visited Orloff because coworkers recommended them, but had I known they would quote an arm and a leg for basic work, I would have saved myself the trip. While I'm sure they have happy customers, their pricing for simple repair work is entirely unreasonable. Save yourself the headache and go to a real, knowledgeable craftsman. Maybe an overstaffed sales floor seems to have diluted the staff's expertise. Having two employees inspect a ring and misidentify it as white gold is a clear sign of a lack of product knowledge.
