Disappointing experience with completely false promises.I purchased a 2016 Mini Cooper S from this dealership after being assured by the salesperson that the vehicle had passed a rigorous 100-point inspection and had zero issues. Unfortunately, that was not true.Before leaving, they promised to fix a broken sunroof sunshade, which still hasn't been resolved. More critically, during my drive home after dark, I discovered serious safety and mechanical issues that should have easily been caught in any basic inspection:Headlight Failure: The passenger-side low beams and high beams do not work at all.Broken Mounts: The driver-side headlight housing has completely broken mounts, causing the headlight to flop around loosely inside the frame.Overheating: The car began overheating shortly after purchase due to critically low coolant. I am now forced to pay out of pocket to diagnose whether there is a major coolant leak. read more

There is no way they could have made this experience worse it was so horrible I've been crying in frustration. I got all the way home to see they didn't event do my tire rotation! Bad alignment they couldn't fix after & one key with months of back and forth for a backup after purchase. 3yr "full coverage" warranty that never covers something you need. My vehicle was towed in and since the problem could not be accurately diagnosed, a fuel pump and battery were recommended. After many weeks of extremely poor communication over what was happening on my vehicle (damaged fuel line while installing fuel pump, I believe), my vehicle was released. It ran terrible and when I went to fill the tank, it leaked gas all around the exhaust system. I nursed it back to this dealer and left it with a detailed explanation of the gas leak and the running rough problem. Weeks went buy again and the communication was extremely poor.....1 call , no updates, no expectation of completion. The rare communication I received was when I would physically drop by and ask what was happening.....the answers were vague and non technical. When it was picked up the second time, it still ran extremely rough at the specified RPM and I had to find another dealer who showed an interest in taking care of the problem. The running rough problem was resolved easily (bad coil). I have been in the automotive business...mechanic and management for over 30 years and appreciate a good service department. Customer concern and communication are important elements especially for the service manager. Everyone might have been working very hard to help to take care of the problem, but there was obviously extremely poor communication. I would not recommend this service department. read more

"Brian" the parts employee was sympathetic to the fact I was from out of state, broke down on the side of the road and couldn't wait until Monday to get back on the road. Excellent customer service! I sure am glad that I didn't buy that $240 part I didn't need. It's pretty sad when a place is so stuck on themselves that they insist the consumer doesn't know how to do anything. The techs and the parts guy were all insisting I buy a $240 switch without being able to test it. Turns out my issue was a bare wire shorting out and not the switch at all. I wonder how much they would have charged for a full diagnosis just to find a shorted wire. I mean they were willing to force me into a $240 switch without knowing if that was the problem. If I could give this place no stars I would. My truck would not start, it's covered under warranty, so I had it towed into Rodgers to have them take a look at it for me to see what was the issue. The service manager said he charged the batteries and then came back to the truck the next day and it was dead. So they put the charger on it agin he said, came back the next day and it started right up. So he said it was good to go and had me tow it back to where I live. Well I live 3.5 hrs from the dealership so I had to pay to tow it back. Once I got it back, the next day I tried to start it. It was dead. The truck needs new batteries after being completely drained. I called the service department and they would not help me. I explained to the front receptionist that the service manager sent my truck back and it's now dead. It will now cost me to have it towed back into town to get new batteries. The service manager knew the batteries were no good and not going to hold charge. He didn't want to give me new batteries, he sent my truck back to me, and might I add I live off grid in the middle of nowhere and having a reliable truck that will start is essential, without it I'm stuck up here. I called in to discuss the issue with a GM but he wasn't in, I left a message with the front desk about it. They haven't gotten back to me at all. So basically my truck won't start. I sent it to Rodgers, they sent it back. It's dead again, and now I'm without a truck that starts with no way to get into town to even buy new batteries. Rodgers won't cover the towing to send it back in to get the batteries switched out for new ones. They won't cover out of my warranty for new batteries, all wile everyday my truck won't start I can't go to work and earn a living. What a circus! I'll never recommend this place to anyone. I can't. Not with my experience and the bad attitude the service manager had with me about it. read more

I imagine this dealership was once a nice place to do business. But it seems they have allowed their generous size to cloud their ability to provide even basic customer service. Aside from being flat ignored by the sales department when I called to express interest in a vehicle, I have had repeated problems with the service department, and when I went back to try and find a solution with my service advisor, I was informed I was out of luck because he suddenly no longer is employed there. Everyone makes mistakes, but the key lies in how you handle them. In my years of doing business with Chrysler dealerships across the country, Rogers has to be one of the worst I've had the extreme misfortune of dealing with. read more

Great service. Great people. We had some issues with our Dodge Ram truck while on a road trip through this area. Greg, in the service department was wonderful in taking care of us as quickly as possible. We had to wait while they did the repairs and they kept us apprised of the work all along the way. They have a beautiful showroom where we were allowed to wait with our dog. They treated us to coffee and water. They did the repairs we needed and then treated us to a car wash. The whole experience was the best you can ask for when you are dealing with an unexpected, unpleasant delay in your plans. Thank you! read more

It's a shame that this is a Rogers dealership. My family has purchased 11 cars from Rogers Toyota in the past 3 years and they are excellent to deal with before and after the purchase. I made the mistake to decide to by a Jeep from what I thought would be an equal experience from another Rogers dealership but was sadly mistaken. From the time we purchased the vehicle the front-end makes a clanking noise when stopping and starting. For 5 months they have had the car in and out of service with one misrepresentation leading to another. Had to get Jeep customer care involved which helped commutation but little else. I have been waiting on a call for a part they believe is the problem that was ordered just to find they have had it for a week but never let me know. I have now started the process to enact Idaho's Lemmon law which is a pain but at least the Jeep nightmare will end soon. read more

I was just at the dealership looking at a f350 king Ranch.. the salesman comes out and says it was a lady in her mid 40's that owned it locally. I look closer and see a Canadian cert in the door jam. I asked for a car fax and it clearly stated it was imported last month. He had nothing to say and looked embarrassed as he should have. Spencer Hunt lied to me over the phone about the condition of a vehicle I was interested in buying. He knew I was calling from the Seattle area and would be flying in to look at/buy this vehicle and would have about an 8 hour drive (in the dark) to get back home. There was more damage to the vehicle than he reported to me over the phone but I decided to buy the vehicle. I was told that the vehicle had been completely safety checked and well detailed. The real problem started about an hour into my 8 hour drive home when the tire pressure monitoring system started flashing and reporting 37psi for both left tires, 21psi for the front right and -- for the right rear meaning tire pressure too low to even register. It was dark and I was in the middle of God knows where and not a service station in site. The first station I came across had no working air station. The second station I came across had a working air station but the hose was missing. I finally came across a trucker who charged me $20.00 to use his compressor. I had to eyeball the pressure in the two right tires until I got to a station where I could check the tire pressure and set all four to the correct pressure. A short time after I got back on I-90, the tire pressure monitoring system started flashing on the dash again. This continued all the way home which made me quite uneasy and even worse when the wipers did nothing but smear the windshield going over the pass making driving very dangerous! The worst part was when I got home and went through the vehicle, I discovered what turned out to be illegal drugs and a burnt glass pipe in a purple Crown Royal bag down below in the trunk. Spencer refused to discuss these issues and instead sent me a check for the $20.00 (for air) and a pair of wipers thinking that that was fair compensation. Do you think that was fair compensation! I SURE DO NOT! SPENCER HUNT IS A LIAR, THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT DID A TERRIBLE JOB ON THE SAFETY CHECK AND THE WHOLD DEALERSHIP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ME DRIVING AROUND FOR A FEW DAYS WITH ILLEGAL DRUGS IN MY NEW VEHICLE! read more

During a recent trip through Lewiston we were staying at the Hell's Gate State Park and had the fuel pump go out on my 2004 Dodge Ram. With the temperature hovering near 100 degrees we were stuck. Bought a Chrysler 300. They were good in dealing on it and negotiating the price. Once the deal was done, they didn't seem too interested in me. The day after I got it my wife asked about the loud hum I hadn't noticed (not sure why not, it's pretty loud). I determined it to be a fuel pump. Went back and asked them about it and they said there's nothing wrong with it. As if it should be loud enough to clearly hear if you are driving with the window down? I asked about them changing it. No sympathy. When I asked why that one was real loud but the other one was quiet (tanks are under the back seat and one pumps over the hump to the other which sends it to the engine), they repeatedly insisted that it had only one pump and I was wrong. Does not instill a lot of confidence in their repair shop. So I just view them as the place I bought the car from. End of relationship. read more

Terrible service. Called two times and sat on hold for 10 minutes both times. Finally gave up and will just take my car to a different place. This is not my first time dealing with Rogers Dodge either. Last time I had to deal with the service manager, it was not pleasant. They installed new tires on my car and broke off one of the tire pressure sensors inside my rim. They said it would be fine to drive the car after I called and told them. They said they would order a new one. A couple months went by and no call to let me know it was in. One day I was going down the road and my tire blew out (the one that had the tire sensor in there rattling around). It destroyed my rim as well. After I had a tire shop put on a tire I went to Rogers to explain to them what happened. The service manager said it was 100% my fault and that they would not replace the rim. I strongly advise to stay far far away from Rogers. read more
