A member of management…read more(several members) did indeed reach out to me in an effort to make me satisfied as a customer. In the end, I am as satisfied as I can be. The experience up front prevents me from being %100 satisfied, but my experience on the back end greatly improved the situation overall. I understand that how things went down for me was not how City Auto usually does business. This was not the first vehicle that I bought from them, and I know of several other people who have bought from them, and that is why I was surprised by the negative experience in the beginning. My first thought was that City Auto has just fallen off, and once they had my money, were no longer concerned with how my deal was working out for me. I no longer believe that. I understand that when buying a used car, things happen. My above experience, while very unfortunate, was not the usual way of doing things. So, would I buy a car from City Auto again? Tentatively, but yes.

This week, a dear friend was shopping for a vehicle for her mother in NC. She found a 2018 Nissan Rogue at Enterprise Car Sales and asked me to check the vehicle out. So I did an appraisal walk-around, test drove the Rogue with her, assured her it was in very good condition and it was very competitively priced for the Memphis market. Besides this being a really good vehicle and a really good deal, I was MOST IMPRESSED with the Sales People (Jenelle Edwards / Sales Manager and Jim Peppmuller / Sales Consultant). This was a TRULY No Pressure Sales Process. Also, I was impressed that sales people who were not involved in the deal were Very Courteous and Customer-Focused! With CONFIDENCE I FULLY RECOMMEND including Enterprise Car Sales in your vehicle shopping process!!!

Took it to their shop and they said what Was wrong wasn't under warranty. They charged me over $500 to fix it. A week later the check engine light came on because of a vacuum hose. Now the clutch in my compressor is gone bad. I would not recommend doing busi with Enterprise car sales. You would think a big company like that would have better quality cars than that. 1 star out of 5. Very sad and disappointed with them.

He was no nonsense and willing to work with what would be best for us. We were able to get most of the negotiation done prior to coming to the dealership. He made it easy and was very accommodating. We liked how down to earth and reasonable he was in comparison to nearby car dealerships. He was quick and efficient. Really loved working with him. The moment we pulled up to the dealership at Covington Pike we were immediately greeted by an awesome, friendly, and helpful person who we would find out later was our Subaru dealer. Daniel was so informative, I loved his approach and realness. He really got to know us and what our family needs out of the vehicle we were looking for and was kind hearted and very up to date about Subaru and also current cars on the market., how Subaru outshines them, as well as the history behind some great older models as well. He showed us around and made us feel comfortable and at home in the process and that's something that's hard to find in a car buying experience. Paul in finance was a gem!!!! He was so cool, had impeccable taste in music, was friendly, educated, and really made us feel safe through the nervousness of financing a new vehicle. We felt like we were in such good hands and any questions we had were answered clearly, he was very honest and straight to the point but warm about it, which is rare to find when you hear how stressful financing can be when buying a car. Paul was funny and caring and made financing a breeze. It was relatively quick and easy from start to finish. Matt Owen's from the service department should work at a shady car lot since he will convince you that he will fix your car and do anything but. He had my car for 6 days and barely fixed anything. My 2024 outback came out just as broken as it went in. I didn't make it out of the parking lot before it was doing the exact thing I brought it in for. 3 trips to Memphis 7 calls and a lot of money later they fixed nothing. It's a 2 year old vehicle and my issue was a mystery to these guys. I'm going to buy another Outback but not here. Matt doesn't return calls, doesn't fix Subarus and acts like nothing is wrong when you get irritated enough and drive to the dealership to ask him about it. Do better Subaru!
