It ran hot two weeks after purchase. The motor mount bolts were broken and very dangerous to drive. Major Oil leaks. The car should not have been sold to anyone. Needless to say it needed a new motor because it lost all compression. Didn't get any help from her at all. "My Problem not hers." All she wanted was to get that vehicle off her lot. My thing is this: If a customer is paying you their hard earned money please do all you can to sell them reliable transportation. So if you purchase a vehicle from her please make sure you take a certified real mechanic with you to check the car over thoroughly. It's sad but true.

The experience up front prevents me from being %100 satisfied, but my experience on the back end greatly improved the situation overall. I understand that how things went down for me was not how City Auto usually does business. This was not the first vehicle that I bought from them, and I know of several other people who have bought from them, and that is why I was surprised by the negative experience in the beginning. My first thought was that City Auto has just fallen off, and once they had my money, were no longer concerned with how my deal was working out for me. I no longer believe that. I understand that when buying a used car, things happen. My above experience, while very unfortunate, was not the usual way of doing things. So, would I buy a car from City Auto again? It's a 2 year old vehicle and my issue was a mystery to these guys. I'm going to buy another Outback but not here.
