It's amazing that my Godson chose Memphis TN as our 'halfway' point to spend a hotel night during our drive to the 32nd Redemption TCG National Tournament this weekend in Wilmore KY. It's when after dinner last night we noticed one of my tires losing pressure about 20 miles from our overnight hotel. I call it a miracle and Divine Providence that a tire that started showing low pressure last night is successfully replaced by Audi Memphis. They didn't have my regular run-flat tire but miraculously had a high quality brand new Continental and all at no cost covered by my road hazard warranty. And as all Audi dealerships do, I shud be able to leave the dealership in peace and w a complimentary car wash. If it fits my trunk space, I plan to use the new tire one day, have it installed in a cheap rim, and make it my donut as new Audi's have no more spare tires and provide run-flat tires. I'm an old man still adjusting to this technology. This dealership is highly recommended when y'all are driving long distance from Dallas TX to the Lexington KY area as it's a halfway point especially when you need/want peace of mind by doing a quick check up especially if your vehicle is still covered by Audi's comprehensive service etc warranty. God is good!

Due to the incomplete repair, our car recently completely shut down, leaving the car totally disabled (luckily on a side road and not the interstate). . I have the original recall repair order from Gossett Audi, and it shows a technician wrote "INSF" -- insufficient -- next to the underbody seal that was supposed to prevent exactly this failure. We have photographs of the "repair" Gossett made at the time - basically a clear plastic bag with no sealant. Despite towing my car to Gossett for inspection and repairs once we knew it was an incomplete safety recall repair, Gossett says they have no responsibility. It will cost us around $4k to replace the ruined control panel. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now with no resolution. BBB complaint filed - the only reason they responded at all. So first they did not correctly repair a SAFETY RECALL, and when it damaged the car they refuse to take responsibility. Stay away from Gossett!!

He was no nonsense and willing to work with what would be best for us. We were able to get most of the negotiation done prior to coming to the dealership. He made it easy and was very accommodating. We liked how down to earth and reasonable he was in comparison to nearby car dealerships. He was quick and efficient. Really loved working with him. The moment we pulled up to the dealership at Covington Pike we were immediately greeted by an awesome, friendly, and helpful person who we would find out later was our Subaru dealer. Daniel was so informative, I loved his approach and realness. He really got to know us and what our family needs out of the vehicle we were looking for and was kind hearted and very up to date about Subaru and also current cars on the market., how Subaru outshines them, as well as the history behind some great older models as well. He showed us around and made us feel comfortable and at home in the process and that's something that's hard to find in a car buying experience. Paul in finance was a gem!!!! He was so cool, had impeccable taste in music, was friendly, educated, and really made us feel safe through the nervousness of financing a new vehicle. We felt like we were in such good hands and any questions we had were answered clearly, he was very honest and straight to the point but warm about it, which is rare to find when you hear how stressful financing can be when buying a car. Paul was funny and caring and made financing a breeze. It was relatively quick and easy from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about the atmosphere and the employees at Jim Keras Covington Pike Subaru! Five stars!!!!! We couldn't be happier!

I was scheduled at 9am, the loaner lady and the check in lady were very nice and very helpful. They were knowledgeable about what they do and things were covered. I left the service dept around 9ish when I got the loaner car. Went back after 1pm, I was asked if I was told if my car was ready, I said no, I just wanted to wait in their waiting room this time. After 2pm, I got a text that the video inspection was ready with the recommendations from the technician. Then I was asked if I declined the recommendation, would I still want the 60k maintenance done. This was 5 hours after my supposed scheduled time. This was not the concerning part. The issue was the recommendation. My coolant was leaking and splatters all over the car. The technician recommended to have an engine replacement/seal which was quoted at $12,000. I declined the recommendation. I had it checked by another technician, and I checked it myself too (I had finished automotive classes but didn't get certified, just wanted to know about it). The issue of my Subaru was actually just worth $14, which was the reservoir cap, needing replacement. The leak, the splatter, and whatever the engine replacement was for, they were just worth $14 and NOT $12,000!!! All I'm saying is, please check and recheck, and ask questions before you say yes to their recommendations! You never know who to trust these days!!! The Service Manager messaged me and said, "it was their fault coz they have a new software that messed up the whole thing!" New software or not, it still needs verification and rechecking before recommending a $12,000 worth to a client! So be careful dealing with them! Do your part and be proactive!

Additionally, I have done vehicle appraisals at a local dealership. So its fair to say, I know more than most about the car business. This week, a dear friend was shopping for a vehicle for her mother in NC. She found a 2018 Nissan Rogue at Enterprise Car Sales and asked me to check the vehicle out. So I did an appraisal walk-around, test drove the Rogue with her, assured her it was in very good condition and it was very competitively priced for the Memphis market. Besides this being a really good vehicle and a really good deal, I was MOST IMPRESSED with the Sales People (Jenelle Edwards / Sales Manager and Jim Peppmuller / Sales Consultant). This was a TRULY No Pressure Sales Process. Also, I was impressed that sales people who were not involved in the deal were Very Courteous and Customer-Focused! With CONFIDENCE I FULLY RECOMMEND including Enterprise Car Sales in your vehicle shopping process!!!

You would think a big company like that would have better quality cars than that. 1 star out of 5. Very sad and disappointed with them.
