For a one nighter this is fine. It's not the owners fault for the location and all the noise from cars driving fast down the highway in front of the RV park. The Harley motorcycles revving up their motors and loud traffic all night long didn't make for the best nights sleep to say the least, however, again, I can't blame the owners or the managers. It's right in the middle of the city. I don't understand why there aren't noise ordinances in place and why is speeding and LOUD motorcycle revving "ok?" all day & night? The park is clean and provided all the needs. They were able to fit us in with a 24 hour notice. Thank you for that! read more

Great RV park. Several large pull thrus we were 63 feet long. Very nice and clean and reasonably priced laundry. Very quiet except for when garbage truck went through. Lots of full timers here. Several fast food restaurants, near by. Within walking distance. People working here are really nice too. Will definitely, stay here again. When passing thru. read more

Good stopover on our way north Friendly staff, clean restrooms and showers. We arrived late but had called ahead and an info sheet with our name was tape to the office window. Convenient pull through spot. We ate at the Black Bear Diner about a blocks walk from the RV park Would definitely stay here again. read more

Spent 3 weeks here. Unfortunately the area was affected by fires which brought smoke and ash. Regardless, the park was very well maintained, and the staff friendly. Loved to visit Judy in the office, her and her husband are a great example of host, and maintenance team. Restrooms, and laundry room kept immaculate. Highly recommended as a location to park and see the magnificent beauty of the Rogue River, and Valley. read more

We have stayed in over 450 RV Parks while traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach. This was our third visit here staying 30-nights. (1) Dust, some parks are so dusty that even after just a couple nights your unit needs a bath, but no dust here. The roads are paved. (2) Level pads, big coaches need paved or thick gravel pads that are level. At this park, the larger sized pull-thru spaces consist of gravel. We give this park a 5-star-rating for the thick and level pad. The smaller sites are spaced around the outside ring of the park and these pads are concrete. This park has average space between each site. (3) We live in the age of WIFI technology and there is nothing to stop any RV Park across this country from investing in doing WIFI properly. For some users such as ourselves, WIFI is an important feature. Our site, which was located near the office, had a great wifi signal. However, we were told, other sites located further from the office, were not as fortunate. (4) Maneuverability, some parks have very narrow roads which make backing up and turning difficult, we found this park to have plenty of room to maneuver. (5) Satellite, as you know satellite reception is impossible to receive when there are large trees present. If you stay away from the sites with the tall trees to the south, you should receive reception here. (6) Phone Service, we have AT&T which worked great here. (7) Dog play and potty. This park has a small off-leash fenced dog area that is equipped with bags and waste basket. Sadly, the poop area is too small for the number of dogs that reside in the park. During a warm summer day, the urine smell is quite overwhelming. Apparently, the park staff is very aware of the problem because while we were there, they added an extra layer of gravel down, which helped. read more

Complete trash, if you are a "local" they won't let you stay there more then once at all. The bigger girl that runs it is rude and mean to customers that booked it before got everything paid, but said no because we are locals, but if you look around there are people there that live there but they don't get treated like dog cr@p. read more

Found the park after traveling from the South up 199 to Grants Pass Found the park late in the evening with open pull throughs available. Pull thoughts were fairly level so had no trouble setting the trailer up. Electric hook up no problem did not use the sewer but could have water was easily available but did not use. Bathrooms had two showers and one toilet stall and one uranyl but not ADA. Picnic table and dog run available. Lots of full timers in park. Easy in on the side street next to Les Shwab Tire Center. Do not try a sharp turn in to the park off the one way street with a long rig. Fee was $ 36 during winter rates. Was not bothered by road noise . Lots of food choices near by. The staff here were super friendly and willing to accommodate. It was kid-friendly & the bathrooms were kept clean (there are key codes for both). I wasn't a fan of it being right off a main road, but it really didn't make much of a difference and it ended up being nice being so close to everything. read more

The staff is rude and the amenities which were advertised were not available such as bathroom, laundry, cable tv. Sites are extremely cramped as we could hear your neighbors entire conversation. Off of a busy, noisy road. Would never choose to stay here again. On the plus side the campground is close to my restaurants. read more
