Well overall it was good. The park is nice, some trashy sites. When we arrived the water was off. I guess some pipe or whatever burst. OK, not their fault. It came back for a while but the next day it was out again. We have water onboard, but had to go get drinking water. Not a big deal as we had to go to the store anyway. The one problem, and I still don't really know if it was the park or what. Our power was crazy. We had never had that issue before. We didn't know if it was something electrical that went wrong. It happens. We could only use so many things at once. We got to a new park today and everything is fine. So not sure what happened if it was us or them. Do with that what you will. read more

We called a day ahead for reservations. When we arrived we were given a muddy wet space we went over and complained and the manager said oh the person before you ran over the water pipe and flooded it. And I was like I don't like a flooded Campground space. I have two dogs to walk. Their response was that's all we have do you want it or not? Gave us a broom and a squeegee to clean it off. Horrible management. Noisy on the freeway. Would not stay here again. Not even a discount on our space because we had to walk in water to get in and out of our car and motorhome. read more

The place was clean but even though they say wifi available, it was not. No one at the office to talk to so called the number on the door that went to an answering service. Got a call back several hours later and was told they could not help. Also, there seemed to be some transient sleeping in a truck that would not start. The truck blocked our exit and had to pretty much back our rig out. No management presence. read more

I think this place is a great place but I think if you have a complaint please share it with Management if you don't we can't fix things that we don't know about it does have not new ownership but a new manager She's very nice in the office and we also have regular people that stay here that care very much about the park so please if you have a complaint you're somebody passing through you're staying here a week or two and you've noticed things that make it not a pleasant Stay please let management know they're happy to help and always willing to change and make things better. read more

We came here during the heatwave to escape the heat and use our ac in our fifth wheel. The woman whom I made the reservation with was very pleasant. Nice facilities including laundry rooms and showers. I believe one washing room was 24/7. You got the vibe that everyone who was staying there long term felt safe so that was nice. You can use your charcoal bbq pits. Nice green grass. Nobody loud. Very nice place! They say park wide WiFi but I couldn't get it to work. Probably a me problem though so not deducting a star or anything. I would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone passing through. Right off the interstate so super convenient. Clean! And pets welcome!! They even have a dog run!!! read more

Nice well kept park. Decent price. Convenient to walk around town. Fair amount of permanent residents, quiet with well kept trailers. Pretty intense noise from I-5, but I slept through it no problem, I think it became white noise to me ;) read more

Excellent RV Resort. Sites are level concrete, with grassy areas and large enough to accommodate large rigs. Bathrooms are clean and is staff friendly. There is a very nice off-leash pet area, but if you want to walk more than a few minutes, there is a very nice neighborhood behind the car dealership on 7th St. My only negative comment about Jack's Landing RV Park, is their wi-fi. I was located next to the office, where it should have been strong, but I couldn't hit it at all from my PSP. My wife had very low signal strength on her laptop with intermittent connectivity. read more

Have to give a shout out to John and Jack's Landing RV resort. We needed a place to stay while waiting out the escrow on our new house during the Rona! Got a spot for a very reasonable price that was big enough for our RV, Trailer, Truck and SUV! Park is super clean and grounds are well maintained. Staff and full timers are all super nice. Yes, it's next to the freeway but I've had worse noise at an RV park! Thanks John and staff. read more

Avoid this RV park at all costs! I understand why Leonard (the new owner) asked me to leave. (When I discovered my companion was sneaking off to do drugs in the park bathroom, I asked her to leave as welI). I complied with his request without issue. I do not understand why, (despite the fact there was no damage to the property), Leonard refused to refund the entire amount of rent I pre-paid for the coming month. He also threatened to blacklist me from all RV parks if I continued to press for a full refund. (can he even do that?) Although Leonard wants to pretend like he cares about his customers, he doesn't want to actually comply with Oregon Law. "If the landlord fails to comply with Or. Rev. Stat. § 90.300 (13), or if the landlord in bad faith fails to return all or any portion of any prepaid rent or security deposit due to the tenant under this chapter of the rental agreement, the tenant may recover the money due in an amount equal to twice the amount." I'm sure he's assuming no one will take the time to pursue this through small claims court and unfortunately, he's probably right. What I will do is put this review out there so everyone else knows to be wary of Leonard's unscrupulous practices as the new owner of Jack's Landing RV in Grants Pass and find somewhere else to stay. read more

They accommodated our early check-in and were in our site around 9:45am. Leonard was super friendly and helpful in getting us comfortable. We've stayed at several parks in Grants pass and this was our first stay and really enjoy how well maintained the park is. Loss of one star due to the narrow sites. read more

VERY RUDE STAFF! Apparently a tent is not allowed beside our brand new trailer.. We were told this VERY rudely and told to take it down. We did not respond in 10 minutes and all the staff was gossiping and giving us nasty looks as we tried to rearrange camp to accommodate our families sleeping arrangements. I went to tell her that we were taking it down now after she gave my dad a nasty earful... I went to the office to tell her we were in the middle of taking it down now and she wouldn't even talk to me.. Very unprofessional. I told her the tent was not a big deal although would have been nice to have been told that tents were not allowed but that her attitude was the problem.. She snorted and laughed at me..I told her we were happy to take it down and maybe she could change her approach. Again, a rude look no response. After going back to the site, taking down the whole tent and putting it away...she then drives up to our campsite and tells us..." You can have the tent up just tonight but be aware of the sprinklers.....WHAT!?!! After all that? And then drove off...What?.... Beware of Kasey! Clean enough but handicap codes are not up to par.. I guess if you can stand up in your wheelchair to reach the code pad at the restrooms you can shower... read more

Plus side there are trees and nice landscaping and can't think of much more. Skinny pull thru space and the wifi is terrible. We get better wifi in the boonies. With the frustration of trying to get on I was ready to leave. Doesn't bother me but the freeway is LOUD!!! Check-in people were friendly, place was kept up but we depend on wifi to get our maps and do our chores. Better wifi would have gotten 4 stars. read more

Picturesque, clean, freeway access, restaurants within walking distance. Clean and friendly.

Great place to stay. It is easy to find and there are lots of restaurants nearby (e.g. sizzler, McDonald's, in and out burger, black bear diner). Only downside is not good wifi and next to freeway. Would stay here again. Good place to walk our dogs in the pet area which is a plus. read more

Don't waste your time with this place. First of all, Leonard the manager is a snot nose punk who speaks to everyone as if they are subservient creatures not worth his time. He turns off the Wi-Fi whenever he leaves each day between 2 and 4. That means you can't use it at night, holidays or weekends. The showers are filthy and the codes to the door are changed all the time. So if u need to use the showers and its code is changed then u r sol till the weekend is over or the next business day. They advertise a small workout room bit no one I talked to has ever been in it. Code doesn't work and the blinds leave no room for sneaking a peak. The facility itself is clean and nice however the idiot that manages it ruins it and makes you feel unwelcome. I asked him for the owners contact information and he refused to give it to me. I will find it and tell him what's going on. Residents I spoke to said that the so called manager does things like telling people they can have the long term rates and then strings them along for months at 350 per week and then says no, to trying to lay personal claim to the left property of a resident who died. He probably killed himself to get away from Leonard. We will never stay here again. read more

This is a lovely, well-kept park, clean and quiet. It would be nice if the office were open more hours a day. There is traffic noise from I-5 but nothing that you can't sleep through. One suggestion would be that campers are made aware that Space #50 houses a camp host that can be called upon in case of problems. We didn't know this when we had some very rowdy neighbors and had no recourse but to put up with them until the wee hours of the morning. The park is very convenient to all of Grants Pass. read more
