Ordered 150 count of a promotional item. The item sent to me was wrong and delivered in the wrong color. After way too many emails back and forth, they said I could buy them all at 50% or return them for a refund. I returned 110 of the 150 I had ordered. They then billed me for the same price they quoted me if I had kept all 150 of them! Their rationale is buying 40 items costs more then 150. So if I kept 150 or 40 I pay the same price. This is by far the worst customer service ever experienced as they have forgotten it was their mistake. Would never use them again or suggest a colleague use them. read more
