We placed an order with Quality Patches that was never delivered by FedEx. Instead of helping…read moreresolve the issue, the company claimed FedEx attempted to contact the consignee (which did not happen) and then informed us that the shipment was sent for destruction under their policy. To be clear: The package was never delivered, there was no proof of contact, and yet the solution was to destroy the order and offer no replacement and no refund. Shipping issues happen. What matters is how a company responds. Quality Patches chose to hide behind internal policy rather than take responsibility or advocate for their customer. That alone speaks volumes about how they operate when problems arise. Buyer beware: if anything goes wrong with shipping, this company will not stand behind their product, and the customer absorbs the loss. We will not be using them again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

My job was simple and now I realized I brought my embroidered polos home without taking pics so I'll have to do that later on but wanted to give them PROPS for getting a quick and easy job done with VERY reasonable prices. I contacted other embroidery places nearby that had good reviews as well and their fees for digitizing my logos were astronomically expensive in my opinion. Which I know it isn't that much to digitize them....and they were very reasonable here. They also sent me pics of the images as actual embroidery prior so I can approve them via email. Once that was done it took them a few days (not including weekends) to get them back to me.... I didn't have a chance to meet Alyssa as everytime I went there she wasn't in but I met Regan and he was awesome to work with and deal with.... I received the order within a week! I was SO impressed with the quick service!! 6 days before the same event we decided to make another purchase of fanny packs and hats and hope to have it ready before the event... We were ready for it to come after the event... And GUESS WHAT? It was ready day of!
