When I came back, the security guard refused to let me rejoin my husband and insisted that I wait in the extremely long line all over again. It wasn't about the policy--it was about the complete lack of empathy and basic customer service. A visibly pregnant woman asking to rejoin her husband should not be treated this way. We've been Supreme customers for years and have spent a lot of money with the brand, which made this experience even more disappointing. One security guard's attitude completely ruined our visit. This guy saw me taking a picture of my board before I walked in and he just…read morewalked out, looked at what I was looking at, then started pulling out the thing I needed (a leash for my paddle board) before I had fully realized he worked there. When showing me options he showed me the cheapest option first and explained how it was different than the other two, also affordable, options he had pulled out for me to look at. I also asked about the bungees for my bag and while they didn't have that, they told me exactly where to go to get some and explained how to ask for it. It's worth it going across town to get here because these guys are great.
