Overall, I enjoyed the bubble tea here very much. My husband and I got the taro milk tea with tapioca (boba), assorted jelly, and passion fruit popping bubbles. One scoop of a topping (excluding custard) are free and you have to pay extra if you want more. One unique thing here is that I was able to get a 1/3 scoop of each of the three toppings I chose included with the drink, instead of doing a full scoop of each. I thought this was a great way to get all the toppings I wanted without paying extra, because toppings can add up to an extra cost of $2-3 easily. Ordered the honeydew milk tea but it tasted like water and powder to me. Didnt seem like any milk was added so it wasnt creamy at all even though this was supposed to be a "milk" tea. After we picked up the drink, they also told us that if we didnt like it they can re-make it which was weird and came out of nowhere. This made me wonder if they knew it was bad. read more

Since Bee Bubbly Juicery in Hilliard, Ohio opened a couple weeks ago I have been here multiple times. I keep coming back because of the delicious drinks and the friendly service. Located right in the middle of the downtown Hilliard area, this shop is right between the locations for The Crooked Can and Legacy BBQ. This is such a great location to visit, especially on a sunny day where you are within walking distance of all kinds of great little shops. Some places have great bubble tea or great smoothies or great cold pressed juices, Bee Bubbly Juicery in Hilliard, Ohio has ALL of these. Often, healthy and delicious don't match well...(just my opinion ) at this place, they match perfectly. The drinks are FANTASTIC!!!!! Stop by this new place to try one of these delicious treats. I wish I could give 3.5 stars, but I can't, so I'm giving 4. I've been begging my boyfriend to come with me to a boba place for weeks, and he finally agreed. I had gotten an ad for this place on Instagram and viewed their menu online, and knew I wanted to go! We went yesterday during the first snow of the season, and we were the only two customers in sight. When we walked in, the three employees just stood there slouched over the counters and didn't even greet us. It was really awkward and we felt like we were being a bother, even though they didn't close for 6 more hours. I ordered the pumpkin spice milk tea with chocolate popping bubbles and my boyfriend got the honeydew milk tea with lychee popping bubbles. We both loved them, and my boyfriend even said that his drink was made for the gods. The shop was extremely cute and everything, but the employees were unenthused and maskless. Been here multiple times with friends and had great service. The latest time I went here though it was terrible. Had a group of 5 people, all ordered and tipped the woman working. My friend, who was last to order, ordered waffle bites. The worker was oddly rude after my friend had some trouble with her card scanning. We ended up waiting there for over 20 minutes for her food, for half that time the worker was doing busywork. She was rude to the door dash callers and her employees as well. Overall ended up with a bad experience. In addition to the prices for a drink that's 40% ice, I definitely recommended other bubble tea places (that are also locally owned) to spend your money. read more

I paid $10 for 2 cups of water basically. I was really excited to try here after i've seen all the hype. Drove 20 mins during my lunch break and got a small banana milk tea and a small honeydew milk tea. The worker looked miserable, we were the only customers in there and the drinks took forever. They both taste like actual water. Very very watery and no flavor. Very upset but will not be going back. Spend your money at Bubbles where you get flavor. read more

We tried the mango milk tea and the pink passionfruit smoothie. Both tasted fantastic. The shop is very small and unfortunately the customer service is lacking immensely. There was one girl in the front and one lady (looked like a manager?) who kept going to the back. The poor younger girl was slammed with a lot of people and kept taking orders while no one was making anything and the other lady just kept going to the back. The younger lady was sweet and apologetic. She seemed to be trying hard, while looking panicky and frustrated with the minimal help she was receiving from the other lady. There were already 6 of us waiting on orders when another 10 people walked in... I felt so bad for her and the manager/other worker did not seem to care at all. She finally walked in to help and seemed unfriendly and uncaring. Please retrain your staff or get better management! I got taro with tapioca which i always get everywhere and usually it varies a little in taste but this was horrible. I really wanted to like this place since there aren't many bubble tea places in Hilliard where I recently moved to. I ordered two large taro slushies for me and my partner, something we normally get at other boba places around town. At first, they weren't sure that they could make them. What?!? And then, after they made the drinks and I brought them back home, the drinks had no flavor whatsoever. You couldn't taste the taro, there was no sweetness. Just icy water drink. The drinks were incredibly bland and disappointing. If they can't make a basic boba drink, then I'm going to have to drive elsewhere for my boba cravings. read more
