We used Rollin Hero to help staff our wedding. We wanted a casual, fun reception but realized we still needed servers and bartenders. We hired 4 servers and 2 bartenders for our special day and I can not imagine how it would have all worked without them. Tommy - Our wedding was not a priority for you, and your service showed this. Not only did you not provide the services promised and paid for, you are completely unapologetic, which makes it worst. Your response is full of false information; the facts are listed below: - We hired the amount of staff you said could do the job which I described in full in our first meeting. If you will recall Gil recorded the meeting so we could take notes and not miss anything. I can send it to you if you would like. We have a recording of you stating that 6 servers and 1 captain can do these duties. In our initial meeting you stated that 6 servers and 1 captain could do the which included unloading/loading of the truck and moving decorations, in addition to the other standard duties. You also state that if you captain our wedding, which you thought you could and later agreed to, that you would not charge us overtime. A fact that you later tried denying in one of your emails. - We ended up hiring 8 servers and 1 captain, more than you stated in our meeting, and they still failed to provide the proper service and you are completely unapologetic which makes everything worst. - You waited until 5 days before my wedding to tell me that I suddenly needed to double the staff and that I needed to rent hotboxes or my dinner would be ruined, I would have to pay $30 a hotbox. If you felt more staff was needed, then you should not have waited until 5 days before the wedding to state it. - I arrived at the venue at 1:30pm, 30 minutes before your staff was due to arrive and begin unloading. I have documentation of this fact. Saying that myself and the truck arrived later than your scheduled staff is false. - Rose is my sister, was a bridesmaid and she was gone from the venue before the end of the night and could not have possibly signed off on the staff leaving early, let alone the other items you claim she did. Fact is your staff left before the bride and groom who were still cleaning and taking out trash on their own wedding night. It is very telling that you do not see a problem with switching your duties to someone we never met nor approved 1 week before our wedding. Nor do you think it is wrong to not have the staff confirmed 4 days prior to the wedding, even though you had 3 months to schedule them. What excuse do you have for none of the servers pouring champagne for our toasts or cutting and serving the cakes? These are basic duties for a wedding that your staff did not do. Nor have you even apologized for the property damage your staff created by dumping open fuel canisters in boxes of supplies, covering them in fuel and creating a fire hazard. It is also very telling that you did not include Michael's emails with his dramatic scare tactics telling me to double my staff 5 days before the wedding or add hundreds of dollars in rentals or my wedding will be ruined when you responded. You have gone back on your word and you did not provide the service agreed upon and rather than try to make amends you are refusing to accept any blame and try to fix the problem. You have been very unprofessional and flat out wrong in how you handled the staffing of our wedding and the resulting mess. Hopefully you will learn from your mistakes and not ruin someone else's wedding simply because you get a bigger job offer. read more

Don't let them ruin your wedding or event too. They staffed our wedding and were awful. They did not even pour the champagne for the toasts, serve the wedding cake to our guests or finish cleaning up at the end of the night. My family and I were taking out trash after our wedding because the staff left before the job was done. Tommy the owner tried saying they were understaffed, even though we hired exactly how many he told us when we first met. The staff that was there were taking photos in the photo booth rather than working, and were seen sitting around when champagne wasn't even poured and the set up wasn't finished. Avoid them. The owner lied to us and they did awful work. Almost ruined our wedding. If it wasn't for the help or our family and friends stepping up to help, it would have been ruined by Rollin Hero. read more
