A great place to work. Lots of green pastures and a wonderful, hard working staff. The horses are top bar and a joy to be around.

You check in at the main office downtown, then hop on a tour bus to the ranch property. Our driver was super informative and entertaining along the way. The drive itself felt like part of the experience with bumpy ranch roads, multiple gates, gorgeous scenery, and a real behind the scenes feel of the property. Once you arrive, the staff gets you geared up with all the safety equipment and everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and great with all ages. After gearing up, you take an old Army style jeep up the mountain and that ride alone was an adventure Super rickety, steep, and fun! We felt very safe the entire time because before every single zip line, the staff carefully checked everyone's safety gear and connections. There are 6 zip lines total and each one is different with spectacular views that change throughout the course. One thing to know is that you should be in reasonably good shape because there are mini hikes between some of the zip lines. There are lots of water stations along the course, which was great, but the experience is definitely active and you do not want to hold up the group. Totally worth it though and such a memorable Central Coast adventure for families, couples, teens, and adventurous kids!

Wondering if they've stopped seasoning their meat in order to cater to the demographic here in Atascadero.... Especially the carne asada I mean apart from having so much fatty meat, it had no flavor. The service is always great too, just a little disappointing. When I'm talking about flavor, especially for $4 a taco, I expect a hint of garlic, salt, pepper, lime, etc. I expect the meat to be marinated and flavorful. Maybe they already do that, given they do sell amazing carne preparada, but the hot food just hasn't been the same for the last 3-4 times I've gone. I like supporting local mexican businesses so I continue to go but today might've been my last. I don't think I'll be driving from Slo to Suprema Meat Market for their hot food again. The cold and prepared meats are of high quality though so this review is strictly for the hot food. I understand that they need to stay competitive with the market, but the total for 5 bite sized tacos was $22.... That's insane. For $4 a taco, I just expect more. I hope they review this and implement some change! I see that the owner reached out and I appreciate his response. Maybe I'll give it a try again.

He was really great & friendly. He also was very knowledgeable about Paso Robles and answered every question that we had. Really appreciate him going the extra mile. The bride to be was also very happy with how everything turned out! For anyone looking to do a wine tour in Paso Robles, we highly recommend this place. He worked with all my questions and gave a ton of recommendations based off what I was looking for. He gave great options for food and made all the reservations needed for the day. We were lucky enough to have Jed as our guide for the day. Pick up was on time and we went rolling on. He got us checked into the wineries and made sure we were settled and checked back to make sure we were on schedule. He was easy going even when we decided to cut the tour one winery short and grab coffee instead. He even called to cancel the reservation- super planned and thoughtful Would definitely book with Jed again if in the area.

Grapevines, open land, hills, oak trees, golden grass, ranch style homes, clean, paved roads leading to multiple planned out destinations surround this low key area. It feels more like a get away city for the upper class who probably own mansions in Hollywood, but this is when they want a taste of simple ranch life. Then you also have the other half which you can tell have been living here for a long time or inherited the big pieces of property. Then of course you have the still pricey locations where the middle class lives to provide services for the Atascadero residents and visitors. Sounds like the formula used in majority of California cities, but it's nicer and cleaner here. I leave this review with one of my favorite quotes, "You can sit at the dining table, but you can't touch the silverware."
