Okay I had to take the time to stop and give this location an updated review. I'm updating it, not to complain about the service because that's always the best but mostly to complain about the method of payment. So although I still feel they deserve five stars, I had to take the time to register my complaint. I paid them a visit on Wednesday, December 13th. I've been here before and paid in cash. My complaint is that you can no longer do so and you have to use an ATM. Most of the time when That's the process you don't mind because the transaction at hand is very important. However, things become a bit different when there's an ATM fee of a dollar and then some other type of ATM fee for $2.59. So I felt as though I lost three close to $4 to pay them for a service. I don't think that helps this location much. If you're not the type to carry cash please carry it when you visit. read more

They told my husband $85 for 2 tires so he asked for all 4. Then they charged him over $300 for all 4. I've been here before several times and have never b en charged this much. Somehow they couldn't charge his card with their machine and he HAD TO USE THEIR ATM. Scammers don't recommend this place anymore. such a good tire shop! my tire popped on the freeway and i quickly got off and found this tire shop on yelp, called and got a quick response. they are open from 7am - 8pm. when i got there they were on it like the pit stop in the cars movie. they were quick, efficient, and made sure everything was taken care of and even checked out my rims for good measure. the prices were unbeatable and the customer service was welcoming and friendly. definitely recommend for your tire services! read more

I'm less than 2 feet away from an employee patching a tire the employee that was helping me takes my tire off to get the patched tire that the guy was finished with and put that one on my rim I waited just to see if they were going to try the BS game they did. Finally after HOURS of searching I found the right tires for me!!!! Came here after visiting 3 other different shops and they had exactly what I needed. 1. Quick- NO BS here he looked at my car and immediately told me to pull up on their tire changing device. The whole process took less than 10 mins. 2. Variety- My dad really didn't like the thread on the first set of used tires so they showed us another pair (they bounced real high) with deeper threads, and they were shinny. My dad loved them! 3. GOOD PRICING- I got the two tires for $60 which saved me a bundle other places I went to in Pasadena tried to sell me new ones for 400 (for 2) and used ones for $200. NOT GONNA HAPPEN 4. I purchased 2 USED tires for $110 and was told "these are really good tires." I've been here a few times to get air in my tire and I've purchased used tires for about $35-$40 each. I'm VERY disappointed because the used tire that I purchased less than 5 days ago is flat and it has a hole in it. I'm very disappointed I was overcharged for USED tires. They were cool, I bought two used tires for seventy bucks in total. They have a deal if you buy used tires there's no warranty, but if theirs something wrong with it, they can replace it for you within two weeks. New tires you get a year warranty to replace your tires for certain causes. Will come back again. They're open from 8-7. read more
