SCAMMERS! I came for an alignment, i know my car need tires and lower control arms but i had recently changed steering rack and outter tire rods. when this process is done you will need an alignment, upon coming here instead of putting my car on alignment machine, a mechanic jacks it up and moves my tire and says i need tires and lower control arms, i told him i knew that and just wanted an alignment. they told me it couldn't be done due to my tires being bald and we needed to replace lower control arms. As a mechanic, i know this business is just trying to make me pay them to fix the problem that has nothing to do with the alignment. Avoid businesses like these. read more

Got a flat right off the exit near their business. The tire was too damaged to patch and I requested if they had any used that could fit on my Tesla model Y. Within 15 minutes I had my new tire put on all the while they were servicing 4 other customers. They were extremely professional and friendly. Would recommend. read more

I went there today to get a tire patched which was COMPLETELY PATCHABLE. The gentleman who was working tried to pull a fast one on me because I was a young woman. They told me the tire needed to be replaced because it was old. But I just bought my car and it is brand new. It was a simple nail. The owner and the worker began to talk in Spanish like I couldn't​ understand them. And he told the gentleman "just tell me I need a new tire". I took my car to Salinas tires 10 mins away and they patched my tire in less than 20 minutes. read more

Oh boy I had an absolutely crazy day with my car and tires, after blowing through two tires while driving Imperial Tire Service saved my day!! I rolled in on a complete flat and they were on it! As soon as I rolled in she looked at my tires and immediately got right to quoting and searching for the perfect used tires for me. I originally planned to change just the one blown tire but all of them were basically due to be changed and she gave me such a great quote for all 4 tires that I had to take her offer. They also have new tires!! Don't get me wrong! But I was in the market for some used ones. She managed to find two and two matching, so the fronts match and the backs match. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my service and very grateful to the entire crew, they were all super friendly and helpful. It's too bad they're in LA because I live in Anaheim. I work at the hospital nearby and these guys are very helpful. I can get my car serviced for tires by the time I finish lunch. And if they can't finish I can just uber back to work for cheap. They are basically a super time saver for me. Also, they changed my oil for $25 labor. I just found the oil on my nearby autozone parts store. New tire service - Was excellent and they aligned and tuned them for me. Oil Change (Labor)- very affordable, purchasing my oil of choice. I think you can bargain for pricing but so far everything was offered at a fair price so I didn't feel a need to. read more

I discovered this place about a year ago when work took me to that neighborhood. I liked their physical service with my tires, as well as their customer service so much that when I needed 2 tires yesterday on another car - I drove back to them. I live on the westside, so they are a little out of the way but worth the trip. And actually time wise its not even out of the way: you can spend 20 minutes crawling along Lincoln blvd, or 20 minutes on the 105 mid-day. I went there once and like the place. The only thing I do not like and too happy about this place is that they have two poor dogs outside in the cold and rain.
