There were no customers at noon. That's an automatic red flag. We ordered two cheesesteak subs and it took 30 minutes to get our orders. There was very little meat in the sandwiches. The cheese was not melty. They forgot the onions, peppers, and mushrooms for one of our sandwiches so that order had to go back for about 10 minutes. I ordered a stuffed pizza and 25 wings on March 17th 2023. The pizza was just okay. The big experience was that the wings that I ordered didn't come with any sauce Even though I requested it to be mild sauce. When I went back they tried to give me a 4 oz container of sauce for 25 wings but it was only filled halfway. They said they would give me another one but 4 to 6 oz is not enough to cover 25 wings. They were annoyed that I asked for more due to their failure. The sauce wasn't even good. I wasted my money, don't waste yours. The manager or owner apologized but did not give me any reason to come back. Due to their lack of customer service and the lack of flavor in their food, I won't be going back. I suggest that you don't purchase from there as there are other better places to go to like the pizza stop in Richfield or Little Caesars in Albemarle.​ read more

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I do not recommend going to eat here at all!!! This place is complete trash. We walked in during lunch and there was nobody there. Now I know why. The philly cheese steak supreme I ordered took 40 mins to come out to me wrong and the when I told them about it, they took it back and took them another 15 min to get me another one. The lettuce and tomato on it was dead and looked at least a few days old. The cheese wasn't melted and the steak ration on it was so small I could barely taste any meat. Pizza wasn't good at all. Service was worst! They forgot the sauce for the chicken wings and gave a huge attitude for asking for sauce. They gave us corn nuggets in place of boneless chicken wings. Pizza, wings, & Stromboli were all subpar. Little Caesars taste a ton better if that says anything and is a 3rd of the price. If your going to pay this kind of money for pizza go to Richfield and buy from Pizza Stop. At least it will taste good. :-) read more

Your food is disgusting and your service is horrible. But it seems everyone complains about the same things however your excuses are the same "new worker". New system"". I don't see how you stay in business. I was grossed out when I seen the cook that prepared our food that took over a hour to get. SMH. The best pizza in Albemarle. The lasagna is a winner too. However, the chicken fried steak and hamburger steak were pretty bland and they need to work on that. Prices are reasonable and I've not had any problems with the service. read more

First time here and it was Delicious! My boyfriend has been here before and they have Great lunch specials during the week! Tables are distanced! Wait staff was very nice and accommodating! Will definitely be back to try pasta and pizza! read more

The best pepperoni pizza in town. The few times I've ordered something else (buffalo pizza and baked ziti), I've been a little disappointed, but mostly regretted not getting the pepperoni pizza. They have a great lunch deal with a 10-inch 1-topping pizza. read more

This restaurant always has pleasant servers and my food has always been well-prepared and delicious. I appreciate the delivery option during COVID and the in-person pickup is always efficient. I have never been disappointed in the food - a good addition to our community. read more

Wanted to charge a delivery fee with each order being delivered to the same location?! Is the driver making separate trips? Nope. So why charge another delivery fee? AND it's not that I can't afford the delivery fee... it's the principle. So I cancelled my order. I can get better pizza at Palermo's anyway. read more

We have been here a couple of times. The food is good, but the service is slow and they can never get your check correct. I have even witnessed people, calling in their order so they can eat in and get out on their lunch hour. It's sad to see this, because they are so close to the hospital, it would be a great lunch spot. read more
