Romaina was the only Autobody shop in a 30 mile radius of me that would give a reasonable price to fix the damage. The service was fantastic, David and his team picked up and dropped off my car from my house (included in the quoted price) and delivered my new spotless and dent-less car in a timely manner. I was skeptical to see how the results would be, especially since the dent was on a difficult part following the aerodynamic lines of the car, also since the price was extremely competitive. However, David and his team did an excellent job. Using their service was much better than taking it to my dealership and getting ripped off for the same outcome. My employee was sideswiped on 7/21/22 causing damage to the front left side of our 2006 Honda Odyssey. David at Romania Auto Body was extremely accommodating and professional in helping get my Van back on the road in timely manner while doing impeccable repair work. I guess I'm a bodyshop's worse nightmare as I inspected the body panel gaps with a taper gauge and could not find any discrepancies in displacement.....they aligned the panels perfectly.....they did a beautiful job...even better than the factor side that wasnt hit. As far as the paint match is concerned, after inspecting the paint comparison in several different angles and light conditions, the match was absolutely perfect and exactly matched the rest of the car. They are a 3 generation family run business and really on top of their game. These folks are great! I have an ancient (2005) Subaru that needed some work on the rear bumper. They were able to repair the bumper rather than replace it. It looks new. I hit up the people over at Romain because I had an accident with my vehicle (non impact). Just needed some quick maintenance and I was able to get a hold of them right away with out any delays! Of course if you know how a business works they didn't take me right away because they had people ahead of me, however I was able to get my request done within 48 hours and the best part they have loaner cars that they provide so you can avoid having to go to a rental car business and spend double the amount of your repair! In the unfortunate incident of getting in an accident, the easiest part of it all was working with Romania! I dropped my car off, and despite the work taking a slightly longer time than expected, they kept me in the loop and worked hard to be prompt. I was also able to rent a car from them, which made the whole process so much easier. The customer service was excellent; I ended up with two sick kids, and couldn't pick up my finished car. My fiance had a small incident with his truck at work, due to high winds one day his truck door became misaligned. The next time we went into the Ford Dealer we were referred to a body shop. Because Erik works weekends I took the truck in for the estimate... Long story short they wanted $4300 to basically replace the door and repaint the entire side of the truck! They also needed to have the truck for 2-3 weeks... I've been around auto shop s my entire life and totally saw the writing on the wall they thought they saw me coming WRONG. I was referred to Romania Auto Body by a co-worker and because Erik was off on a weekend we went together. The adjustment of the door took 5 minutes! It might be a little less expensive than the big shops, but expect the quality to be high. They also fixed a loose bumper that one of the big shops told me I had to live with.
