He is very friendly and helpful. He gave me an explanation that my front bumper had to be replaced because it was broken, while my rear bumper could still be repaired (even though several other auto body shops said that my rear bumper had to be replaced as well). But John honestly said the rear bumper is very easy to repair, without needing to be replaced.
