They explained how my insurance coverage would work, etc. They got me in for an appointment in a very timely manner. The day of the appointment.... I was a nervous wreck. I met Dr. Jasmeen. She clearly explained to me how the appointment would go and what they would be doing. She explained to me that it was a No Judgement zone. Next, I was introduced to the hygienist that would be doing the cleaning. Jennifer was so caring and gentle. She kept asking me if I was OK. She has a very good sense of humor and made the procedure go by quickly keeping conversation when we could. Dr. Jasmeen came in to go over the x-ray's with me. She explained what was going on in words I could understand. She needed to give me a referral to an oral surgeon. She was calming and just made me feel like I could ask anything. She truly made a visit that I was expecting to be miserable... She made it comfortable. The office was very helpful with the referral and giving me all of the information I needed. Very pleased with my first visit. From the moment I walked in, EVERYONE was professional, knowledgeable, and explained things very clearly. The office was clean, the equipment was up to date, and the view that I had from the room I was in was perfect. I already have my next appointment scheduled! The patient kindly told the front staff that she lives down the street and would run home to grab her checkbook and return. Still, they would not let her leave! They then began to ask that she pay with a credit or debit card instead or maybe an ATM card or if she can pull cash from the ATM nearby. Felt horrible watching this happen to a senior. And the office manager who runs the place, worst of the worst! This place will rob your pockets empty. First visit I was charged out of pocket for deep cleaning. Dentist was not able to finish my deep cleaning because the office was closing. I was told if I wanted to complete my deep cleaning I'll have to come back and pay again. Half a year later I came back for my routine cleaning. Was told my insurance would not cover one of the services and that I would have to pay out of pocket. Turns out they never billed for the service and they down coded the visit to collect payment from my insurance. In the health care industry this is considered FRAUD! Never went back after the second visit. Instead I filed a grievance with my insurance and the Dental Board.

I had declined to have it filled. I got a second option recently. I was told I did not have any cavities! My insurance company said they had billed for a panoramic x-ray anyway. I can only get 1 every 5 years. Glad I never went back!

He didn't introduce himself, or even speak directly to me. He didn't answer any of my questions. He just said that he didn't have time to talk to me because he had other patients. The dental hygienist refused to provide numbing gel or a bite block. She finally applied the gel after the FIFTH time that I said she was hurting me and specifically asked for gel. My gums were so swollen when I got home that I couldn't eat, and my occlusal guard (for severe TMJ) didn't fit in my mouth at bedtime. I was at the office for 2 hours, and had x-rays done and a basic exam. I didn't even get a cleaning. This was a huge waste of time and energy at a place that doesn't care about their patients at all. I absolutely do not recommend. The office was good before Dr Zonder retired, but now it is terrible.
