The water they sell here is FAKE DASANI. They fill up bottles in the sink and label it as Dasani. It made my 6 year old son sick, definitely not a clean store. All of it's merchandise appears to be bootleg as well. read more

Bought a tram car toy here for my son, should have been 14.99. They told me with tax, 17.09. When I got home, I noticed the receipt was for $18.93, the tram car didn't work (no sound) and a plastic piece was already broken off. When I returned to the store the next morning, they tried to tell me the plastic piece was as it should be, and they would give me a new battery. They also tried to say the extra charge was for credit card processing, which is 4%. When I explained that 4% would be .68 cents so still not the correct amount charged, she said she didn't know. The end result was that she exchanged the tram car but wouldn't refund the extra dollar and change... read more

well let's start with the fact that I bought a hermit crab and it died within an hour. secondly the CHILD working (labor laws?) chucked the hermit crab into the cage. I then felt pressured to spend extra money for a shell because it would save its life. well wasn't much of a life to save considered they sell faulty hermit crabs. I went to Romano's for the 1st time today. I must say I have never been so happy in a store before! I needed an assortment of souvenirs for friends and family back home from jewelry to t shirts etc. I was assisted by 2 younger employees and I believe 2 owners who went above and beyond in helping me find what I was looking for. They're time and patience was incredible. I left extremely happy but then returned a short time later to pick up a few more items! I walked in and was greeted with their incredible smiles and customer service. I don't need any of the other stores on the boardwalk I will only shop there when I come to Wildwood! read more

My wife and I stopped by here the other day. We went north on the tram car, and this is right where the tram car ends! Wife wanted to pick up some Wildwood specific face masks. They had some. We picked out a few. My wife was happy with the selection, so I was also lol! It is a Wildwood beach store. They have necessities! They have kids toys, beach toys, beach and water equipment. They sell drinks in bottles. Beach chairs, sunglasses, covid masks, and so many other things. If you forgot something, they have it! Not everything is a great price. You learn that the hard way, but they are better than most! All in all, if you forgot something that you need for your beach trip, this place probably has it! I HATE shopping on the boardwalk. People will flat out LIE for a sale. I asked a salesman about the sales on the bathing suits, he told me to pick one out he'd give me a deal... so I did pick one out. He ended up charging me the full sticker price. I asked about the deal he offered and he came up with some BS why he couldn't give me a deal. It pissed me off. I should have walked out. I really really wish I would have. read more

My family and I had a horrific experience at this store. I am not one to usually bash small businesses, as I am a small business owner myself, however they were so unprofessional and their products are very cheaply made! My aunt and uncle went there to buy a hoodie for my elder father who can't walk and they bought his size which is a Large. When they got to the hotel to give it to him they realized their sizes ran really small. They had to go back and exchange it again for a bigger size for two more times!! The last one they got they didn't realize there was a hole in the armpit until the got home. At this point they went back there so many times they just wanted their money back because of the hassle and how cheap their products are made. Well they refused to give them our money back and the owner even implied that we might have put the hole in it ourselves. I will never go back to that store again. Why they couldn't just give them a refund over a $27 hoodie, I will never understand. They made us get another crappy made hoodie which will probably just shrink even more after the first wash. read more

Great store and has everything i needed the environment is nice and prices are great.

We always stop in this store on the boardwalk, they have a separate store attached with a whole variety of beach things, souvenirs and accessories. Some things here can be pricey, but its the boardwalk some stores are much more higher. Bought a tote bag and hair accessories here for reasonable price. Very well lit as well and the employees are friendly and do not follow you around like they do in some boardwalk stores. read more

It's the most clean, organized , well priced store on the boardwalk. I stop here every time I am in wildwood. It's the home of Toy tram car which cost only 11.99 it's looks and talks like everyone loved real tram car. It's such a nice memory or gift to take home from Wildwood. You can find anything you need for the beach, pool, lots of clothing and accessories you would need for a night out in town. Did I mention selection of hard to find toys our children love. You have to stop here first, you will find what you need for the price which hard to find on the boardwalk. read more

Went to Romanos last night to shop in their store. I went to the counter and asked if I could try some shirts, dresses and t shirts on. The response by the owner of the business was "uou can not try these on...the inspector just closed our dressing room down even though I had tried something on the day before. He also told me to buy the stuff, try it on at my condo and come back if the clothing did not fit. I went back today as I was told because several things did not fit. They did not have bigger sizes to replace the items that did not fit. The owner was not there. When I asked when he was to return, I was told in the afternoon. I asked the sales guy if he could call him, he replied I can't I will wake him up. I asked for the number he said he can't give me his number. I left my number and have not heard back. It has been 12 hours. Bottom line...He would not credit my credit card as I was told by the owner of the business. Had to leave with shabby clothing that would only fit a teen. Don't go to these people to shop! read more
