They've been cutting my 2 sons' hair for years, and they always do a great job. They are all very friendly too!

Cut my neck and didn't tell me. Bled for 15 minutes afterward. Have a neck mole on the back and felt it get "nicked" during the beginning of the shave, Barber said that it wasn't bleeding in the chair while I was still there but that's hard to believe. See the blood on my fingers as I was driving away. Went back and they put some solution in it to stop the bleeding but it didn't. Would have been nice to just be honest and say oops I cut you by accident rather than not tell me at all. Shave was hurried and missed some spots I noticed when I got home and had to fix myself. Only giving it 2 stars because I was a walk in and expected 20-40 min wait but only waited 5-10 minutes. read more

Walked in after I bribed my 15yo to get his haircut. He was convinced "they wouldn't do a good job". That they "wouldn't listen" to details he wanted. Welp.......Elliot put him to shame! I live in Chandler and found Roman's Barber shop by chance a few weeks ago. There is a closer barber to my house but they charge more and they've been hit or miss with hair cut and beard trim. I just came back for second hair cut and beard trim and Roman did a great job! I've found my new barber. His prices are reasonable and his service is great! I only had to wait about 30 min after walking in without an appt on a Sunday and it was worth it. Don't tell him but he could charge more. Oops sorry I think I just did! Came here for years, now that they're more popular you can no longer walk in without an appointment. I get a haircut every 2-3 weeks and the last few times I have been left waiting for over an hour with no acknowledgement from the owner or his employees while he greets and services people who have appointments. I get that you need to service them first but I am sick of waiting that long with no way of knowing if another appointment will walk in 30 seconds before I would get in the barber's chair. Have had to cut this down to three stars.. twice now I've gone, waited close to an hour both times before having to leave (I generally set aside around 1.5 hours to get my hair cut, which takes about 15-20 minutes) knowing I wouldn't be able to finish in time. The last time I did get my hair cut they had Tucker Carlson from Fox News on all their TVs. As a Muslim and a foreigner that just didn't make me feel very comfortable there - which is in stark contrast to every other time I've gone. Their haircuts are still amazing, but having to wait too long paired with a below-par atmosphere is a bit rough :( Don't think I'll be back. Original Review; Awesome hair cut, awesome people. Where to start? I wandered over to this barber shop a little desperate trying to see if someone could fix my son's hair that we'd just gotten cut across the street. We walked in and got right in the chair. I asked to have his hair cleaned up and in less than 10 minutes he was done and I barely recognized him. He went from having a Charlie Brown chop job to having some actual swag and style. Roman is skilled... he gave my son a super clean cut w/ sharp lines. He didn't look like the same kid.
