So luxurious! My sister got gelx extensions on her toes from Grace and she was also very happy with the results. She was annoyed when I showed her my pic I wanted to copy. Buuut Instead of addressing the issues I pointed out, the technician grabbed my hand, held it down, and began cutting off my nails. I never asked for my nails to be cut and did not give permission for that service. I only wanted the uneven shaping and dents corrected. The handling felt rough and uncomfortable, and I was shocked that my nails were cut without my consent. When I told her that wasn't what I wanted, she simply told me to pay for the pedicure only. By then, my nails had already been cut much shorter than I wanted, and the situation could not be undone. Such lack of communication and respect for what I had actually requested. Customers should be listened to and asked before any significant changes are made to their nails like grabbing a hand and cutting off the nails. And based on this experience, I would not return.

She was not clean in her technique, and the overall finish looked sloppy and unpolished. Although she was personable, the combination of poor technique, lack of attention to detail, dismissive attitude, and physical discomfort made this a very unsatisfactory and unpleasant experience. I would not return and cannot recommend her services. Mind you that i was the very first client of the day!
