I had the best pedicure here ever! I used to get pedicures often but stopped a couple of years ago. My pedicure stylist was Hannah and she made me feel so special and relaxed. I got the nicest pedicure package they offered, it was $72 base price, $92 total with gel polish. The package included so many things i've never experienced in a pedicure before and it felt so nice; There was hot wax in two forms (a candle and paraffin wax), clay, orange slices, a warmed shoulder compress, and salt scrub. So luxurious! My sister got gelx extensions on her toes from Grace and she was also very happy with the results. Both Grace and Hannah were amazing, as well as the other ladies in the salon, EVERYONE WAS SO KIND AND PERSONABLE!! We will definitely be back, that pedicure was to die for! read more

Such a great experience! Winnie is amazing - she did my Gel-X in literally 30 minutes and they came out better than a high-end salon I used to go to that charged me $100+. I could not recommend this place enough! My first time coming by and immediately the staff was so kind, hospitable, and welcoming! I felt right at home. I absolutely adore them. I have been going to Winnie and her employees at Excellent Nail Spa for a builder gel mani/gel pedi since March and I'm so glad I made the switch! When entering, I'm immediately greeted by them and am offered a beverage. The service is beyond five stars - not only is everyone very kind and respectful, but the work they do is incredible, efficient & fairly priced! I decided on coming here after thorough research and trying to find the best place to get my nails done and this is forever going to be the place I come from now on. Winnie is going to be my nail tech until further notice haha she is absolutely incredible. I asked for a design and she delivered and made it even better. I found this salon on Yelp last year and they've been my main nail salon ever since! I usually decide to get my nails done very last minute and Winnie is always able to squeeze me in. Excellent Nails NEVER disappoints! I've been coming here for a while, and the quality is unmatched. I'm a busy woman--I don't have time to sit in a nail salon every week or even every two weeks. LOVE Winnie and her team. I found her over a year ago when she was working at a nearby salon but was very happy to hear she opened her own shop. I always bring my picture with an idea and she always executes it better than the picture. She is so talented and so sweet. I found Excellent Nails on Yelp yesterday and chose them because of their great reviews. Scheduled an appointment through Yelp as well and Winnie was so accommodating working with my times requested. I walked in today for my appointment and right away was greeted by Winnie and she knew it was me granted it was my first time there. Jimmy also greeted me asked me if I'd like something to drink and was super friendly. Mia did my toes and she was amazing, friendly and gentle. Diane resurrected my nails and spent so much time fixing them to my liking. She was so sweet and gentle too. I felt it was meant to be as my the 2 most important women in my life are also named Mia & Diane. What a great experience I had there, the energy was amazing. We all laughed and talked. Had a pleasant experience today at Excellent Nail Spa. I randomly called today and booked a regular pedicure and a gel manicure with hard gel. Winnie did my pedicure, she normally doesn't do pedis but she did mine to help the other girls out. Great pedicure. Toes feel clean and polished was painted 10/10. Mia did my gel manicure with hard-gel. She was nice, and her work was clean, not rushed and flawless. She paints well, does great nail shape, and is attention to detail. First time coming in and I was welcomed right away. The guy offered something to drink and had me sit right away so I didn't wait unattended at all, which was nice. I got a gel pedicure and manicure with acrylic big toes added, I went with the higher priced package to check out the experience. I love my manicure, the gel is very pretty and my nails are shaped beautifully. The pedicure experience wasn't the best but my toes and feet are cleanish. I had acrylic on all of my toes prior and she didn't soak them off, she just buffed what she could but it did ok. Price was a bit high for the experience but I understand there's a business to run. My daughter and I just left after getting our nails done here. I must say that this was the best manicure I've ever had. The experience was great, we were walk-ins and they took us immediately. Extremely Disappointed - Never Again! I had an awful experience at this nail salon. The staff was rude and inattentive, barely acknowledging me when I walked in. The place didn't feel clean, and the tools didn't seem properly sanitized. My nail technician rushed through my service, leaving my nails uneven and messy. The polish started chipping the very next day! On top of that, they overcharged me for services I didn't ask for and refused to fix the mistakes. They offer mimosas, water, and other drinks, which makes the whole experience extra relaxing. The owner makes you feel right at home. This place is the best in town!! Winnie is truly an artist, and the hospitality is so good. They offered me and my friend drinks, conversed with us throughout, even entertained another guests kid while the lady got her nails done. I called to make an appointment for two people. when we got there, there only took my partner and had my feet wading in the water for about 40 minutes. Thinking that my toes looked like raisins, I wiped them off and got out. I'm a mom of two and specifically scheduled this appointment in advance because I only had an hour available before I needed to get home to make lunch for my kids. My time matters too. Had they been upfront and told me they were running significantly behind, I could have made the decision not to wait instead of wasting nearly half of the limited time I had. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of consideration for a customer's time. If you cannot accommodate an 11:00 appointment, don't book an 11:00 appointment.
