This place was suggested to me on a Facebook group. Before visiting here, I have not gotten my nails done professionally in about three or four years. And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. First time at PamperMe and it was a great experience. Short wait and my nail tech, Vinh, was fantastic. He took his time and was skilled doing my manicure and pedicure. He was thorough with the natural OPI polish I brought in and it's lasted over two weeks without chipping! I highly recommend Vinh. Greeted by the first gentleman at reception, super friendly and attentive. The second gentleman wasn't as welcoming and had a bit of a spicy attitude, which threw me off for a moment. But Jenny completely turned my experience around. It was my first time at PamperMe and she did a beautiful job on my pedicure. I can't wait to rebook with her. read more

PamperME is a legit nail salon! They replied to my inquiry through Yelp within a few hours. Even though I booked through Yelp, I showed up and I wasn't in the system/books. It was fine since they had a nail tech to help but I probably would've been frustrated if I had to wait for a long time. A full manicure was $83 (this included gel removal and catseye gel). First time customers get 10% off. I don't know if I could afford to do this every 2-3 weeks, but it is reasonably priced every once in a while. I had Andy as my nail tech and I was very happy with his service. He is a friendly, relatable guy and I highly recommend him! The overall vibe of the salon is nice and relaxing. There's a little wine bar. I went on a Thurs night and every pedicure chair was taken and there were at least 5 others getting a manicure. You can tell this is a local go-to spot. read more

This place was great. I went twice while visiting socal. They responded quickly for services on Yelp and I got an appointment for the next day both times. I had a gel manicure and basic pedicure the first time. The second time I brought a family member for an organic pedicure and i had a gel manicure. The pricing was reasonable- the second time I had my gel removal and new gel and with 20% tip it was still less than $50. I had 2 different nail techs and both were great and never hurt my cuticles. Also, she was quick and got it done within an hour. The place is nice and spacious and well organized. My family member also said she had a great experience, "10/10" in her words. Yesterday I went to Pamper Me Nail Lounge for a Gel X set and a pedicure, and I had such a great experience. I had an appointment and only waited about 5 minutes before being helped, which I really appreciated. Matt was especially thoughtful. Since it was my first time, he really listened to my concerns and made sure to place me with the right technicians. Ivy did my Gel X set, and Yen did my pedicure, and both of them were amazing. My nails turned out beautiful, and you can tell they really care about their work. The price was fair for the quality of service, and overall the whole experience felt smooth and welcoming. This place is pretty amazing. I had to get my nails down for a wedding , this is not something I do often. A friend told mine told me to schedule with Sue. Needed a last minute appointment and they got my mom and I in which I do appreciate! However, we ended up paying $288 for 2 BASIC gel x sets and 2 BASIC pedicures. Usually the price is not a big deal for us but I need to add that my gel x set was left lifted so bad. My fingers look like a bird. (and i know its not my nail beds as 3 nails were left how they should and i never had that issue elsewhere). I did also mention it to my nail tech and she said it didn't look like it to her so nothing was done to fix it like i asked. Im not problematic so I left it alone. Also, my moms pedicure was left half done. After leaving we realized one foot was cleaned up nicely from calluses and the other was left with little to no cleaning. We appreciate how friendly everyone was but we won't be coming back. read more

Great job and very happy.... my daughter took me for Mother's Day, and it had been many years since i have had a pedicure... many because of the cost is so much for me to treat myself. so when i am gifted a pedi i am very happy... :) This was my first time at this salon and i was very pleased with the atmosphere of it.. everyone was very friendly. the girl that did my pedi was celebrating her birthday and took her time.. i did get the gel polish, and it was very nice.. I've been going to this nail salon for a few years. They are my go-to nail salon as they open longer and 7 days, compared to other salons in the area. The salon is large and well run with about a dozen nail techs and can always accommodate my pedicure when I call. I have not had a bad nail tech and I've had at least 6 different ones. They offer me a drink and the salon is bright and clean. The pedicure chairs massages and are comfortable. read more

I loved everything about the place I recommend having Yen do your nails for any art design. I was able to get the look i wanted with just my natural nails plus a little bit of Gel X nails for a great price. She was nice and patient and precise. The young girl doing my Toes was a bit rough; but did a great job cleaning. One of my toes is sore tho and red and a bit swollen. I recommend asking us if we want a deep massage! I'm shy and wanted pressure and a longer time than 30 sec on each foot/leg. read more

I paid 90 dollars for gel x set short almond shape. They charged me 5 dollars extra for the shaping which I find odd since gel x already comes in a shape. Second thing I didn't like is that the nail tech swore she only had two shades of brown. How can such a big salon only have two shades of brown? She was lying to me of course cause she was too lazy to get up and find another shade. I will post reference photos. Also when I asked why the total was so high the guy at the front said "its because this is chino hills... it's cheaper than Glendora" like I'm sorry what does city have anything to do with pricing. Last time I checked Glendora is a whole lot nicer and has a better reputation than chino hills. I only came here because I was near the area for work but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more
