This place was suggested to me on a Facebook group. Before visiting here, I have not gotten my nails done professionally in about three or four years. And you will most definitely see me coming back here. First time I visited, I went right when they opened because I wasn't sure how much of a wait time it could be since I didn't have an appointment. I waited about five minutes before they were able to take care of me. Everyone was polite and friendly. Service was incredibly fast. I think I was only in there for an hour and a half again I only wanted something simple and basic so that also contributed to me not being there long. Fast-forward to about a week and a half I noticed I definitely needed to go in for a fill. This time I did make an appointment for 10:30am, I walked in at about 10:12, I knew I was definitely early but I figured I'd take a seat and look at color options while I waited. I did not wait long however they seated me within three minutes of me being there. So I will most definitely give them five stars for how quick they are. This second time around, I did have a color in mine from the first time I went, and it came out fabulous. The nail technician when he was putting the color on did suggest chrome which I have never tried, and I am most definitely glad he did because the color I chose was definitely lighter than what I chose the first time and with the chrome it just made my nails look simple and clean but with a little bit of shine. Definitely love that as soon as you come in the atmosphere and the vibe is completely great. They sit you down and they ask if you would like anything to drink which I love. I usually don't say yes, but I love that they ask because it's just extremely polite of them. My only caveat and I think I might be the only one is, I do wish they would play something else on the TV that they have in there, the two times I have gone they have this baking show which seems great, but I do wish they would play some kind of chick flick or a romance movie or a movie in general rather than a baking show haha. All in all I'm definitely going to keep coming here! I am looking forward to scheduling my pedicure hopefully soon I have not had one since I was a little girl so I'm very much excited. He was thorough with the natural OPI polish I brought in and it's lasted over two weeks without chipping! I highly recommend Vinh. PamperME is a legit nail salon! They replied to my inquiry through Yelp within a few hours. Even though I booked through Yelp, I showed up and I wasn't in the system/books. It was fine since they had a nail tech to help but I probably would've been frustrated if I had to wait for a long time. A full manicure was $83 (this included gel removal and catseye gel). First time customers get 10% off. I don't know if I could afford to do this every 2-3 weeks, but it is reasonably priced every once in a while. I had Andy as my nail tech and I was very happy with his service. He is a friendly, relatable guy and I highly recommend him! The overall vibe of the salon is nice and relaxing. There's a little wine bar. I went on a Thurs night and every pedicure chair was taken and there were at least 5 others getting a manicure. You can tell this is a local go-to spot. read more

I had an appointment and only waited about 5 minutes before being helped, which I really appreciated. Matt was especially thoughtful. Since it was my first time, he really listened to my concerns and made sure to place me with the right technicians. Ivy did my Gel X set, and Yen did my pedicure, and both of them were amazing. My nails turned out beautiful, and you can tell they really care about their work. The price was fair for the quality of service, and overall the whole experience felt smooth and welcoming. I was able to get the look i wanted with just my natural nails plus a little bit of Gel X nails for a great price. She was nice and patient and precise. The young girl doing my Toes was a bit rough; but did a great job cleaning. One of my toes is sore tho and red and a bit swollen. I recommend asking us if we want a deep massage! She was lying to me of course cause she was too lazy to get up and find another shade. I will post reference photos. Also when I asked why the total was so high the guy at the front said "its because this is chino hills... it's cheaper than Glendora" like I'm sorry what does city have anything to do with pricing. Last time I checked Glendora is a whole lot nicer and has a better reputation than chino hills. This was my second visit to PamperME, after being recommended by a friend. I just want to preface this review with the fact that I have NEVER spent so much money in my life on a pedicure and gel X nails, but I truly wanted to pamper myself for my birthday. I got my nails done on Monday, 3/3, and by Sunday, 3/9, my middle finger on my right hand completely lifted and came off. I went to have it fixed the following Day, and was bummed that's such an amazing place exhibited such unprofessional energy in having to fix my nail, and not wanting to make the effort to match my color. Either way, we figured it out... and I tipped Andy well for fixing my one nail. To keep it short, here is the timeline of how I had 4 nails lift within 2 weeks of my GelX manicure that cost me over $100: (*see pics) 3/3 - GelX Set 3/9 - Right Middle finger lifted/came off 3/12 - Left Thumb lifted/came off 3/16 - Right Pointer Finger just broke as I was folding clothes 3/20 - Right Middle Finger broke out of nowhere as I was grabbing a towel I've had Nails for years, and I take care of them. I use gloves when I wash my dishes, I don't open things with my nails, and I am not in a job where my nails would be constantly exposed to any harsh chemicals or reasons to break. Just super disappointed that I had such high hopes for this place and I've never had this many nails lift/break in my life! I loved coming here when I first moved to Pomona. I found the best nail tech Ivy who is super sweet, fast and dedicated. She can make designs and I usually let her free hand. She's honest and tells you her opinion when you ask her for it. I stopped going because she went on vacation and I realized 1. The price point is so HIGH and they just slap the lotion on you lather it and call it a day. 2. They are so quick and don't bother on checking on you or massage you a bit. I was a regular for a year until she went on vacation and stopped going. Holly and Sue are also great. The place is super cute and always clean. read more
