My fiance I visited the store for the first time lastnigh and we both felt that they have a good selection of toys, oils and lubes for both men and woman. They also have a good selection of movies although they are lacking interracial and ebony films. The woman that was working was very nice, helpful and was well educated on the products that they carried. Now with all of that being said. You would think we would give them 5 stars......Unfortunatly we cant. While in the store my fiance was stalked through the store by quite a few of the male customers (we feel its due to the movie preview room). One specificly kept comeing up behind her and grunting and moaning. Then when we would move to a different section of the store he would follow and continue to grunt and moan. It wasnt until I told him that if he didnt stop being so blatantly disrespectful that I would ask managment to remove him from the store that he finally stopped. Niether of us have issues with people staring or even giving complements, but when its disrespectful we have a big issue. Thats why we feel there should be something that states that all patrons must be respectful of other patrons. So all in all we give a 4 star rating. About 2 weeks ago from this posting date, I went in to this shop a little past noon and was greeted by a rubenesque fellow at the counter. Pleasantries were exchanged and I then began perusing their items. The slight sent of plastic silicon and rubber was there but nothing malodorous or pungent. Though i was unaware of the "arcade" at the time of my first visit. I dont remember if there was music playing in the shop. All my questions were answered and recommendations were given if he didn't have an item in stock from their website. So many liquids and powders so suit everyones tastes and sensitivity. I have not been back yet or have caught them on a bad day (from what the other posts befor me say) Overall i had a good experience. I will post again once i revisit and try out that back room. Usually, the staff here is very nice, attentive and helpful. That was not the case when I went last night. I went in with my girlfriend asking if they sold toy chargers. They said no, and as I was walking out the door I decided to just buy another vibrator, that way I'd have two and a charger. USUALLY they check the boxes as you purchase to make sure all parts are there, well Nora, the worker who checked us out failed to do that. She was also unsure if she charged my card twice because it printed out multiple receipts. She said if there was a problem I could talk to management. Ok, no big deal. But as I walk to my car I check the box just to make sure it had a charger, and to mine and my girlfriends surprise, it was missing. I went back to tell her that the box didn't have the charger and she said there was nothing she could do. She also said that because I asked for a charger before and now I got a box without a charger it was shady, basically accusing me of stealing a charger that I never got. Like lady, if I wanted to STEAL a charger why would I go through the trouble of PAYING $50?! Money I can't even get back! It makes no sense. Absolutely ridiculous service. Amazing place went to the one on garden grove and a couple of other stores around the area but none have the variety of products at a very good price. No other store had so many products for men they are good name brands as well. Not even the stores where My wife and I are from carry these items for this price. I looked everywhere for thick rings and other things and I could not find them in any other store in the area.They sell lingerie for both men and women, games and other items the staff is incredibly friendly! You can also become a member to earn points and they deliver if you order online! Definitely will come here again!!!! The only issue I had was that I had asked the clerk about letting me check a product for what appeared to be rips or trash on a product, he opened and grabbed the product without sanitizing his hands after cleaning and handling money he also dropped the item on the counter that was really dirty and putting it back in the box. I ended up not getting that product because I felt that item was dirty because of what happen.
