We recently moved back to MD, and while they haven't had grooming appointments yet, we have taken our dogs in to get nail trims. Our boxer mix is definitely NOT a fan of this, and wherever we would take her while living out of state she always ended up having jagged and missed nails because of her behavior. But taking her back to Pawz & Clawz was a breeze. My husband was able to go behind the gate with the groomer and our boxer was surprisingly calm and got the best nail trim she's had in 4 years. The place isn't fancy to look at inside or out, but they really do a nice job and have reasonable prices.

This store doesn't always carry our very specific item, so sometimes we have to scour the surrounding stores, which is annoying and time consuming. They have meet and greets with the cats and dogs from the barcs shelters sometimes, where adoption fees are waived or greatly discounted. I am always amused by their halloween costumes for pets, although I've never had a cat that was patient enough to let me dress them up. It's a decent store, but the prices of supplies keeps me from adopting like 10 cats... oh and the fact that I live in a studio apartment...

Most of the time, I place my order online and just stop in to pick it up. My orders have always been ready, and the pickup process is quick and easy. If I had one complaint, it's that the store seems a little understaffed, especially at the front registers. There have been a few times when I've had to wait because there was only one person checking customers out. It's not a huge deal, but it's something I've noticed over the years. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints. The staff has always been friendly, the store is clean, and they usually have what I need. What more could you ask for?

He did a 10 night board when we went on vacation and the daily updates with video put my mind at ease. Loved the kennels very clean and they prepared his meals just they way I would. He came back freshly groomed and smelled so good. I read the negative reviews and your not gonna make everyone happy but all I can say is my boy is going to be great thanks to there help and I def couldn't have done it without them. Thanks!!!
