I asked him about some possible solutions and over the phone and we came up with some ideas. I sent him some pictures and he called me back within 5 minutes to go over additional solutions. I acknowledged that he is not a consulting business and rather a pest control and removal business, however he assured me he is happy to help me solve the problem on my own and if I needed further help to just call him back and he would come out if I needed further assistance. After we heard a critter in our crawl space, Mike was able to respond to our call within 24 hours and assessed our situation. His broad pest control expertise was immediately apparent as he and I walked the house perimeter looking for potential ingresses, and he pointed out several other potential pest issues (e.g. trees too close to the house and roof). He thoroughly examined the crawl space, found the very likely ingresses, determined that the critter was no longer inside, and blocked the ingresses he found. Several Wasps were swarming my guests and family every time they stepped on my front porch. I randomly found and called ADAPT Pest Management. Mike answered immediately. He assessed the situation and quoted a reasonable price to take care of those little pests. Best part, he was at my place within minutes. After spraying the wasps, he even swept away webs and debris as well. All in record time. He also took the time to alert me to a few things I could do to prevent other pest issues - like trim tree branches from leaning on the roof eaves and side of the home. I thought I had wasps and scheduled an appointment for removal. Mike was at my home on time and discovered upon inspection the nest was harmless (ie not a wasps nest) and told me to hose it down. Just signed on with ADAPT Pest Control! Did a lot of research and found that Mike would be our best fit! He has been in business for about a year and is offering only $59 for service every two months. He was very knowledgeable and did not just show up, do his job and leave. He took the time to educate me and let me know of ways I could further protect my particular home from pests and rodents. Mike truly goes above and beyond with his service and even checks in after the service has been completed to make sure we are not experiencing and further issues. Best part is there is no contract like most other pest control businesses. He explained one day he will start charging market rate ($90+) but for customers like me, who are signing on with him now can expect a maximum of $5 increase per year.
