One star is for when we cancelled, sent an email that was listed on the invoice for questions or concerns, they continued to come and are wanting to charge us for it. Their pricing was far and away the best in the area and they offer so much within their pricing. We decided to sign up for their quarterly service. When Allan (the owner) showed up for the appointment, he was prompt within the time frame they gave and extremely kind and informative. Excellent service and quality work! Well worth using this company. The technician we had checked all around the house for places rodents could get in.. Then gave us a very reasonable estimate to repair the issues... or we could do it ourselves. He checked the roof from the ground level and when it came time to actually do the work He honestly told us that two of the suspected areas for rats to get in (from the visual inspection) Actually did not need to be done. That saved us $160. VERY HONEST. I don't usually tip on this type of service... but I gave him a generous CASH $$$$ tip for his honesty WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

We've been using Superior for about a year now. Three of our neighbors and us all had an ant invasion around the same time and one of the other neighbors with no problems had been using Superior. I called and they came out within 24 hours! I believe they are a family run business and treat customers with kindness and respect. He came inside that first visit, leaving a few safe anti-ant little tubes around and we have never had a problem since! They give a quick text the day before each time they come to both remind us that they'll be here and to give us an opportunity to tell them if there's any issue they can fix for us. We used this company for over three years and just today my wife and I are talking about pests because we recently found evidence of rodents and couldn't recall when they were last out so I texted them and no response. So my wife called and they emailed her that they actually hadn't been out for quarterly service since early 2023, almost a year ago, so no call no show. They didn't say "sorry we will be out sometime" or really anything beyond the response that it had been a year. Needless to say we have a replacement firm coming by tomorrow to take a look. And in response to her slanderous response below at no time did they contact us about any amount due or a card not working. They are lying trying to deflect this issue about their incredibly poor service and I have filed a formal complaint with Yelp regarding her slandering us and may take other actions. Service doesn't come any more honest than this. I had called Superior Pest based on recommendations and was prepared for a larger cost to address our needs. They showed up on time, courteous and professional. Allan conducted an inspection of our home and advised that the service level we requested wasn't needed and instead did a one time treatment. My 300th review! Allen and Kelly are the best! Allen is super knowledgeable, kind, friendly, clean-cut... just an all around good guy! My parents and uncle/aunt have been using him for awhile. Finally remembered to call. He spent a good 20 minutes explaining the process and price on the initial free evaluation. He came back the next week to treat our large property. He cleaned the cobwebs in the garage, house, perimeter of the house, inside, windows... Wow! Then he sprayed the perimeter of the property around the house, including the garage, inside the house where we had lots of spider webs... Love that they're local, honest, family-run, kind, trust-worthy, American.... Prices are reasonable and they don't push services you don't need. Wish there were more service professionals like this.
