Last night my cat alerted me to a big black clump on my high ceiling. Turns out the black clump was a yellowjacket wasp nest. My first thought was to burn the place down. Kind people prompt service, and reasonable prices. I signed up for service every other month to keep on top of our pests. Update: many weeks later and we are finally flea free! Thank goodness. Those little buggers were relentless. Since signing up for the bi-monthly service, I've noticed a lot fewer black widow webs. This review is a bit late, but just wanted to say Brilliant Pest Solutions saved us! We had an ongoing rat infestation in our attic for years. We could hear them above us in almost every room in the house; they scurried around above our bed while we slept. We started using Brilliant Pest Solutions about a year ago, after we moved to the Sacramento area and had an infestation of ants. We have found them super responsive and professional! Matthew has completed the majority of our service appointments. While he doesn't have to check in with us, because Brilliant Pest messages us before they come, he does knock to let us know he's here and to ask if we have any particular requests or concerns before he starts the service. Lisa, in the office, has also been great. She's super friendly and helpful on the phone and responds quickly if you have to leave a message. Their price is comparable to others we called, but I doubt our service would be delivered by such a great team. Highly recommend them. read more

Had a Yellow Jacket issue where they made a nest in my attic and they started making their way into my home. My own pest control company did not assist with wasps so I started shopping around for another company. I hired another and after coming out 4 times in the span of a month, nothing had changed with the yellow jackets. They were still there. That is when I fired them and called Brilliant Pest Solutions. They were able to fit me in right away, and the exterminator came out, put on a bee suit! and went on my roof and got close to the hive and sprayed. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He reached out to the owner to advise what had been done, and the owner knowing my dilemma actually came out himself, and went on my roof and resprayed just to make sure they were taken care of. I started hearing scratching and a gnawing sound inside of my walls. I suspected a mouse or rat. Brilliant came out the day after I called them. Conner went up into the attic and didn't find any evidence of rodent infestation. He then went to the area of the roof where I heard the sounds. He quickly diagnosed that rats were making or nesting under the tiles. He showed me pics of the area and clearly a nest appeared to be in progress. I saw increasing amount of ants in the house. First in the kitchen, but then they started to show up everywhere. I started a project on Yelp and Brilliant Pest Solution gave the best quote. All service provides seems to provide the same service and use similar products, so the quote and reviews reputations matter in the end. We pay monthly and get service over every month. The first service reduced the ants problem for few weeks, but then they started to show up again which was warned about for the beginning. They said they would come by as much as needed. I wrote quick note and they were over soon and did affected areas again. The ants have not returned. We have had few wasp nest show up and they came and took care of them, too - with no extra charge. This subscription works, very easy to set up and I don't have bugs problem anymore. The service has been nice and professional. We had a wasp problem early on this year. I spoke with Connor and he came out the very next day and removed the nest and sprayed our roof tiles. We have a very tall 2 story and he was able to solve the problem. We decided to sign up for the bimonthly service and have had 2 treatments so far. I'm very impressed that I've not seen many bugs. It's a smaller business family owned and I believe it's going to take off and be great! I have no complaints. Both management and technicians are so knowledgeable about pests. They are a small but mighty business. The team is amazing and friendly. I called because we had a wasp nest and with my 5 year old son and dog, I didn't want to risk them getting stung. They came the next morning at 6:30 and successfully removed the wasp nest and also sprayed the parameters for other bugs. I haven't had an issue since.
