My review starts from a referral from a friend Tim Yost at Autobahn West who sells awesome BMW's. I wanted to get a friend a gift certificate to detail his car for Christmas and Romeo's Auto Spa was who he recommended as they detail all his cars for sale. My friend decided he would rather get his windows tinted so for the same price I paid for his window tinting and kept the gift certificate for myself. Merry Christmas me. I have never had my car detailed before but I do not think Romeo's Auto Spa can be beat for the amount of work they did for the price they charge. Ricardo showed up with 2 helpers right on time. In almost 2 hours they took my 1999 BMW M Coupe with 133,000 daily driver miles on it and made it look like brand new. Paint is smooth now from a once over clay bar before they started to polish and wax. Gone are all the fine long straight scratches caused from drying using bath towels after washing it over the years. Ricardo recommended using microfiber towels. No swirl marks. No polish or wax residue left anywhere around trim or panel gaps. The interior was all vacuumed even under the seats (who does that?). I plan on getting some business cards to pass out at work etc... I do not write many reviews but with a job so well done and with the level of attention to detail I saw afterwards I do not think anyone reviewing would rate less than 5 stars and have nothing but high praise for Romeo's Auto Spa. I was looking to get my car detailed, and stumbled upon Romeo's Auto Spa via Yelp. The reviews and their affordable pricing were what got me sold on utilizing this company. I met with the first person, Ricardo, at my job's parking lot, and before he and his partner worked their magic, he explained everything that they would be doing to my baby. I appreciated the fact that he was truthful about whether they were able to take out certain stains versus just trying to make a sale by telling me what I wanted to hear. I also loved the fact that they were able to commute to my job, so that while I was working I was able to get my car detailed at the same time. When they were done, I was shocked at how clean she was! The stains were actually almost all out, which I didn't think was possible. The seats, floor mats, dashboard, flooring and the sides of the interior looked amazing! They washed and waxed the exterior, and took care of the wheels, which made it looked glossy and beautiful again. They also restored my headlights making them look brand new! After perusing the yelp reviews for Romeo's, I decided to have my 2016 pickup detailed after two years of having had only a few washes. It was definitely in need of detailing. During a preliminary visit, Romeo recommended what the truck needed and it made sense to me so I later made an appointment to have the work done. When I picked up the truck I was amazed at the quality of the work. I had agreed to only an external detail job because I have a large, drooling dog who details the interior as she sees fit. Romeo did much work on the interior for the same price and also treated the bed pad. The rims were in pretty bad shape and now look brand spanking new. The truck truly looks better than it did when I picked it up new from the dealer. Suffice it to say, I am one happy customer and Romeo's will be my place to go from here on out. read more

Today was the first day I've used a mobile car wash. After doing research on Yelp I found Romeo's Auto Spa. It had good reviews and 5 stars. My son and I decided we would give them a try. Even though he was booked all Saturday Romeo still put us in on his schedule. Romeo and Angel did an Excellent job! I always hand wash my Camaro and NEVER let anyone wash my car. My wife and I took both our cars, a 2007 Saturn & a 2015 Honda CR-V, to Romeo. We were thrilled at the results! They were so thorough, cleaning the exterior, the interior, the trunk, the headlight covers, and even the engine. The paint coat was so silky smooth when they were finished.
