The staff that was there was very helpful trying to assist everyone to find what they needed. If you have a day to spend a couple of hours and would like to hunt for a gem, give it a go.

Again, this isn't $5-10, this was almost $200. They researched and said it would be refunded in 7-10 (that's their favorite numbers) days. No expediting, no we will fedex it to you because we F'd up and would like to keep your business, nope... We will send it snail mail. 2 weeks later it's still not here. Oh, when I asked about them doing something to compensate for their mistake they sent me a 25% off coupon that can't be used on 90% of stuff in the store. Customer service for these clowns must be run by Mrs. Lippy's 3rd Grade History class. Why do we have to do so much legwork to get you to fix something you totally screwed up?? I had the most horrendous experience with delivery service from this business. I purchased a…read moresectional with a King Size adjustable base frame and a King Sized mattress. I waited three weeks for delivery and when the delivery came it was with beautiful sectional and the bed frame without the mattress. I called customer support very angry because of course the mattress was not with the delivery. I was treated very poorly and my concerns were treated with indifference. I was told that it was forgotten when my delivery was put on the truck so I asked if we could send it back the next day because it was their error. I was told sure. Then at 7:52PM I received a voicemail stating that my mattress would not be delivered the next day and that I needed to call back and reschedule the delivery. I called the next morning and asked to speak to a supervisor and was greeted with hostility because I requested to speak with a supervisor. After holding for several minutes, supervisor answered and told me that delivery was not possible because the mattress that I purchased was not available. I asked how this was possible if previous delivery just inadvertently forgot to put it on the truck as had been reported to me. Supervisor said that wasn't true the mattress was supposed to have been sent to the warehouse and it wouldn't be received until later in the day. I then asked when could it be sent to me. She said following week. Next week came and I received another message stating mattress still unavailable and would not be delivered until following week. Week came and same cycle of calls, cancellations and this was since August, the 8th. August 26th my family is getting ready for memorial service and burial of my uncle. My daughter and her family are coming into town from Virginia to stay with me but I have no mattress for them to sleep on. My aunt come in from California and I cannot offer accommodation to her either because I have no mattress. I am sleeping on an air bed for the last three weeks that I have been waiting to get my mattress that I purchased mid July before I went to settlement on my home. August 26th I went into storage that I originally purchased from and spoke with Sales Manager Anthony. He immediately sympathized with me and felt my pain through the entire ordeal. He reviewed the entire history of the transaction and got on the phone with customer support! He fell into brick wall. He went to his supervisor and the two of them worked on my issue for two days and I am scheduled for delivery that is supposed to happen on September the third. I have had to make concessions but hopefully this will happen and I will exchange the bed frame band get a downgraded Queen size mattress with a Queen bed frame and a good night 's sleep after 6 week ordeal!
