I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. The apartment looks and smells as clean as when I first moved in. From oven, shower/tub, baseboards, and dusting, mopping, etc., I am pleased!
