Dr. Crenshaw was incredibly caring and gentle, giving my dog the attention and love he needed. The entire team showed so much compassion -- I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

But unfortunately, we had to spend a lot of time in vet offices over the last few months as our dog had cancer. With having to make so many appointments along the way, we ended up seeing Dr. Pawlowski for one of those visits. As fate would have it, we ended up only seeing her until the very end. I wanted to come back and write this review after my experience with her because I don't think I could have asked for more from a vet than what she gave us. In our dog's final month, I spoke more with her more than anyone besides my wife and son. She reached out constantly to check on him and brought me a lot of comfort during a horrific time. I have no idea how she had enough hours in the day or the mental bandwidth to be so invested in our case, especially considering that there are undoubtedly many other patients nearing the end of life, who also need help and comfort. Whenever we are emotionally ready for our next puppy, I look forward to seeing Dr. Pawlowski in much happier times. She deserves a medal. And Dr. Wheeler is still awesome too! It's just that up until this experience, I had never even met Dr. Pawlowski, so we continued to request Dr. Wheeler. I would recommend both to anyone!

After the Veterinarian had physically examined them, she opined that we had caught it early enough to forego chest x-rays if we were comfortable going that route. The entire situation had put us at ease, and we opted for just treatment. It went exactly as they described and both were healthy and well within ten days. Animal Hospital of Montgomery CARES, not just a financial transaction for them; I recommend you give them a try! My experience was amazing! TEN STARS

I had was satisfied with the main veterinarian for surgeries on both a rescue dog ($3k+) for a polyp, even though after paying fora biopsy I had to aggressively pursue the results. Soon afterwards my 2 year old cat suddenly had hip issues and they did surgery (another I then $2k+) and told me that should fix the issue. 3 months later my baby is in pain again and can't walk. I take him back and it's his other hip and now they want to charge me $400 more from the 3 months prior. i argue and they reduce to the last but insist I leave my boy after surgery, which I hadn't done with the previous surgery. Now during that time, a Beautiful, sweet, orange and white male tabby (Malcolm) was abandoned on my property and needed medical attention. Please keep in mind if already spent thousands of dollars. Now I'm seeing random vets everytime I go. I was dismissed when I said there was an issue with a with a cough. I insisted on helping this little guy and they gave a 2 day injection. This was a 1-1/2 year old boy. When he was losing weight I brought him back and then this vet I had never met says my purring constantly boy has pneumonia. She insists I leave him there indefinitely for oxygen treatment, which I refused and took him home with antibiotics and a humidifier. Long story short, after 3 X-rays, 5 different antibiotics, without improvement, I waited for the main doctor who scheduled an ECHOCARDIOGRAM after his exam, determined he had an enlarged heart with fluid around it. Terminal he said, but would I like to take him for more torture to cardiologist....? Of course I declined. My beautiful boy died in my arms after the three months of torture they put my Malcolm through and thousands of dollars. If that wasn't enough, at the same time my little 15 year old guy in stage 2 kidney failure in a hospice situation they also saw, was pressing me to have dental surgery when he needed meds.surgery and anesthesia would probably kill him. Parting shot was when Krysten wouldn't prescribe his meds told me "if you don't like it go somewhere else" Bottom line... Maybe rabies shots or a pedicure but I wouldn't even do that. I can't even drive by that place since this all happened! My little old guy is doing great with the meds they wouldn't give him. Steer clear of this place! diagnosed my boy w

Not an ounce of compassion, only want money, money, money. I had no idea my regular veterinarian was no longer there. Every time I'd call for an appointment, they would say "we can get you in on this day/time, but it won't be with your regular vet", as if to imply my regular vet is not available on that day only. Come to find out, my vet hasn't been there in months, and the new vet apparently doesn't know how to read previous medical records. Knew absolutely nothing about my pets history, and didn't bother to ask. When checking out I realized they added prescriptions to my bill which I had declined with the veterinarian (which I tried to explain was due to a previous allergic reaction, but they would not listen), so when I tried to decline the prescription again when paying my bill, they basically told me I was going to kill my pet if I didn't give them this rx. Ummm... you mean you're going to kill my pet because you didn't look at their history and have no idea you are prescribing something that almost killed my pet in the past. Never again. Not telling me that my regular veterinarian is no longer at the clinic is one thing. But to not bother with my pets important history, that is just pure negligence.

I called the vet office on Tues., Nov. 7 to give them the information on my credit card. I told them, at that time, that I would be going out of state the next morning and would be back on the weekend. My son had an appointment to take his dog in on Thurs., Nov. 9. After the dog was treated, the information they submitted from my credit card showed as invalid. I don't know if someone transposed a wrong number or whatever, but I gave them all my correct credit card info. before I left. They began harassing my son and daughter-in-law over this, instead of waiting until I got back to take it up with me. They threatened to call the police and file a police report on them if the amount wasn't paid by the next day (Friday). My daughter-in-law reminded them that I was out of state and that I was the one responsible for the bill. That didn't deter them from continuing their threat to file a police report. There was absolutely NO NEED to do something so absurd. I called them early Monday morning (Nov. 13) and gave them the information AGAIN from my credit card. There was no problem at that time. Everything went through. My son has a business, and he doesn't treat his customers like this. They should have waited until I got back and dealt with me - not them !! The problem was on THEIR end, not on mine. I would NEVER refer this clinic/vet to anyone. There was absolutely no need to create such drama. Where is the compassion for the animal ??
