I replaced the battery, check the alternator and starter and they were both fine. Once started it would run fine for the day. I was recommended by a local shop in Midwest City to take my truck to Mike's Auto & Diagnostic in Del City that they had the machines and tools to diagnose my issue. I emailed Mike from his shops Facebook page and he quickly replied back and instructed me to bring it in the next morning. He has a very nice service manager that checked my truck in for service. The owner, Mike, met me and told me some of the possibilities that would cause my truck to be running so rough. He and his crew worked on my truck through the day and wanted to keep it overnight to make sure they had properly diagnosed the issue. I was able to pick up my truck the very next day. He ran a diagnostic of my Ford Software and determined that it has malfunctioned and a total software restore had to be done. I was very relieved that they determined the issue and solved the problem. My truck is now running smooth and the check engine light is off. I highly recommend the Team at Mike's Auto and Diagnostic. Took it to another shop who quoted me $2100 to redo the exact repairs that Mike's claimed to have completed. Asked for a refund from Mike's, which they denied claiming the work was completed as described. If a $2400 manifold repair includes missing bolts and exhaust leaks and burnt plug wires, Mike's is your place!

Not giving any stars (Had to leave one star to submit review). We paid $4,000 for engine…read morereplacement and vehicle still has issues (have taken back numerous times only to get vehicle back with something else wrong). First when vehicle was returned us after engine replacement the a/c no longer worked (or held Freon) and still had same issues with hesitations and problems in engine. Was also told it would cost $300 to repair hose for a/c and Freon. Second time taken in for same issues we were told the mechanic had checked it and there was nothing wrong (have recording of phone calls) vehicle had white smoke coming from tailpipe and vehicle was overheating (even left me stranded on highway, vehicle would not hold water or coolant). Needless to say Connie and Jack's Auto Service have been unwilling to honor warranty and repair things that have been caused from engine repair. We took the vehicle to another certified mechanic shop (dealership) and so far have been informed of a misfire on cylinder 4 (old misfire on cylinder 6) and now (since the vehicle has been a paperweight killing grass) the hoses were not connected correctly when engine was replaced (which will cost another $1,050 at a dealership, not to mention the $300 to fix a/c, before they can check the rest of the "repair work" done by Jack's Auto Service). This vehicle has been very costly because "repairs" done by Jack's Auto Service and has left us without our vehicle (or stranded) since April 2020.
